I was called couple of times confirming time of pick up and once again confirming jobs to be done. No issues. The only reason it is not 5 stars as it could have been slightly cheaper but overall good service.

After failure to collect the car first time, due to a clerical error. The service is great and the extras are fairly reasonable. Would be better if the car was valeted after service.

Helpful and fair service. Takes some of the hassle out of the process

The car was picked up on time and also returned on time with excellent communication throughout. Highly recommend.

I booked online and had a date for the following week. The garage cancelled but I received a phone call to re-book. Car was collected and MOT carried out in good time the following week. Local friendly staff. (-: I was in no rush as the MOT would not run out for a couple of weeks but if you were in a hurry then a cancellation could be frustrating.

The overall service I recieved was absoulutely brilliant and the price you could not go wrong. My wife had a full service and Mot which came to under £180.00. You could not get that in any garage. My only problem to date was when I tried to pay the server was down but did not tell me this and I had to go to the bank to sort, lucky I was of that day othwise I could not pay as I don't have Internet banking. Next I have not recieved the service sheet they should give you.

I used this for both family cars, 1 year old Mercedes. There was an initial issue in that one was not picked up, but it seemed to be a genuine mistake, and the local gsrage had the wrong number to call us. Once that was sorted, they recommended an interim rather than full service to align to Mercedes schedule. Both fine with no fuss ( and no frills such as car valet) but£200 less than the dealer. Will use again.

I've used Service Stop a good few times now and it's always been a reliable and trust worthy service. Recommended by my brother who always uses for MOTS. Easy to communicate with, on time pick ups and they're always happy to collect and drop off wherever you need them too. Also work with honest, local and reliable garages. Only improvements I'd suggest is more call centre staff - when I tried to call back the direct number I was on hold for a long time! Also when car was dropped off last time the guy was in so much of a rush I barely even twigged it was Service Stop. Other than a few caveats all in all good service.

I today had my car serviced (full service) and Mot'd by servicing stop in Watford for the grand total of £134.57 which off the bat I must say is a great deal this simply cannot be argued with. After reading a number of bad reviews I was a little nervous however I am knowledgeable enough and willing to read up on the workings of my car to be prepared for any advisory points that might get suggested and have lead to others being ripped off. To this end I checked and marked (where replacements were due) my air and pollen filters, spark plugs, oil, cool and tyres. Anyone with half a brain and a simple tool kit should be able to do this and if you can't then honestly you are setting yourself up to pay whatever they ask. I did receive a call telling me the MOT had passed (as I 99.9% knew it would) and that I would have to pay the £24 +VAT for a specialist oil (5w20) which again I expected and accepted. The very nice and polite Faris did advise me on an engine flush at about £40ish+VAT because the oil was a bit dark, but as I know this is not normaly a problem in modern engines and it also had an oil change 12k miles before I said no thank you. I was then advised (twice as a bit of a sell) that my break fluid could benefit from being drained and refilled again this seemed expensive at about £70 (I think) especially as my brakes are fully responsive and looked after. At some point in the future I will need this done I know but I also know I could get it done cheaper elsewhere or do it myself if I really wished. The final recommendation was to empty and refill my coolant, which again I had checked in the morning and knew if didn't really need doing so ignored the price here. After a couple of no thank you's Faris was understanding and once he realised I knew what I was talking about he was even good enough to recommend that I could save money and do a couple of these bits myself, which I greatly respect. While it is disappointing that recommendations are made when really it seems a bit of a money grab for those who ignorantly send their car in for a dirt cheap service and MOT. It takes a little time investment, effort and reading to go into these things educated. I used Servicing stop for a cheap (very cheap really) MOT and Service and a stamp in my book. That is exactly what I got. Just be aware of the extras you could get hit for if you don't know anything about your car. But then if you agree to paying well over the odds because you haven't called around or for small things like wipers, brake pads, pollen filter because you haven't got a clue then that is kind of your own fault. For those who have niggles with their car and know it is likely to need something done then I wouldn't recommend using servicing stop as prices are rather inflated.

The pick up and drop off was so great although it would have been good to have been notified by the driver when they were on their way. Service good and reasonably priced.

This is the second time I've used Servicing Stop and I found it consistently good in terms of information given, customer service both from the company and the garage, pricing, timekeeping and overall convenience, with not much particularly bad to mention about anything. I do hope the next time will be just as good!

This was my second time of using ServiceStop. I found that the service provided was very good again with local firm collecting and returning on time as promised. I was given advice re advisory notifications rather than work being carried out without my permission. Payment online was not easy so I rand and spoke to an advisor who managed the transaction for me.

I found servicing stop online and have used them numerous times over the past five years. They have been responsive and provided good value. You book in the car, and a local garage will collect the vehicle, service it and return it. They act as middle-man to find the best price locally (though they obviously take their cut), but it makes the process easy. Recommended :)

Good service, picked up on time with call from driver to say they were on way. Call with full info about what was required for MOT and service plus a recommendation on what actually needed on service vs what just recommended and could wait. Only negative was drop off was at 6:20pm when they stated 4-6pm drop off. A little annoying as I finish work at 5 so ended up waiting around a long time for them to drop car back.

The service I received was great. Very easy to book online and my car was picked up at work when promised. Everyone is spoke to on the phone was helpful and friendly; making it easy to pay for the work done during a very hectic workingredients lunch. Car was returned before I was ready to head home. Very good, thanks.

For full service - car was picked up promptly from place of work early in the morning (7.45am), meaning I didn't have travel to a garage beforehand - which was a bonus. Very friendly mechanic, and Servicing stop contacted me before lunchtime to confirm the work which needed doing. Pollen filters were replaced and brake fluid drained and replaced. Pollen filters seemed quite expensive ca. £60, and the brake fluid was £50. Good job done with the brake fluid as I could definitely tell the difference afterwards. Total cost was around £290 (seems quite a common price), which although was a lot more than the £90 the original service was quoted to cost - is how much I've paid previously for other services. Car slightly late being brought back (due to traffic) - however mechanic excellent at keeping me updated by text and he was extremely responsive. Would use again, despite being quite expensive, pick-up/drop-off service is excellent.

Really easy to book and very good prices offered for mot and service.made even easier at the fact they could collect and drop off at my work so it didn't need to take time out of my day.would recommend!good service on the phone to explain hat was happening and talk through what needs to be done

Have used Servicing Stop before - it just so happened my car was due for its service when there was a fantastic discount offer on which turned out to be of use as my car required some device advisory which pushed the price up to what it would normally cost me for both a service and MOT. Excellent communication from Sevicing Stop - vehicle was collected at required time - work was completed and car returns on the same day. Does as it says on the tin - would recommend!

Easy to arrange, good communication, great price compared to main dealers.....Picked up , service completed, communication, to say no extra work needed, car returned....what could be better..............only benefit of a main dealer is a valet....but as i saved over sixty pounds, who cares, money's in my pocket, and i can afford a handwash!! Perfect......

As Servicing Stop are the middlemen between you and the garage actually doing the work ,you must have been lucky that the garage did not agree with Servicing Stop's usual method to extract more cash than justified from you Many others were not so lucky!!
