Having place an order on 3rd Jan for 3 x double duvet sets, 1 x double fitted sheet & 2 x double duvets I received on 9th Jan 3 x double duvet sets, 1 x fitted double sheet and 2 x SINGLE duvets. “Poor and unhelpful service”

Due to late delivery the parcel was left outside for 3 days and got very wet and needed to be returned. Linens Ltd were very unhelpful the service from the courier Hermes was also dreadful. It was clear that no-one was interested in replacing goods quickly so I ordered from another company who delivered in 24 hours. 2 months later and despite many phone calls I am still awaiting a refund. Made an order over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received my goods. Customer service reps are terrible, didn't have a clue what was going on with my order and referred my issue to "accounts" to check where the payment was?! Received an email stating they have no order/payment for me even though I have all the references - luckily I paid by Paypal so have raised a claim against them for a refund. I placed a high value order Even though it was one order it was delivered on 3 separate days the order was incorrect they were very reluctant to admit their mistake as they said the weight was right !!! Ordered curtains and they were faulty and of poor quality. They were supposed to collect them on 5 Jan - no one turned up. Again to collect on 7 Jan & 8 Jan - no one again. Do not touch them with a barge pole. I ordered goods via Amazon and they never arrived. 33 emails, phone calls. Nothing but excuses and stories. First they said out of stock, then blamed delivery (post) then claimed it was a delivery van problem, then it was lost and so on. No goods and no money back just endless stories for over a month. “Reprted to trading standards on returns policy statements”

I bought duvets sheets towels and pillow cases. The two duvets were different although described the same? when I first used the second duvet the stitching was coming apart at the head end. I am extremely please with everything about Linens Limited. I placed an order on a Sunday and did not pay for next-day delivery. However,on the Tuesday,I realised that I needed the order as soon as poosible and rang them to check on the progress and explained my predicament. When I rang to explain they requested photos of the wrong items, then once I had proof of their mistake, took three days to collect the item. They then did not send out the replacements. The prices on this website are good value - but beware - if you need to raise an issue with customer service its nothing like the experience you'll have with John Lewis, Duvet & Pillow Warehouse, or other reputable retailers. Lesson learned; Check out reviews BEFORE ordering anything on-line! I spent over £600 with this company. I would never have done so had I read these reviews first! Took advice from their Commercial Sales Manager about which linens to choose. I ordered 4 curtain tracks from them via amazon. Only 3 arrived. I let them know immediately but been told they need 3 days to investigate.
