We develop software and hardware products so this tool works great for us and covers our needs very well. We use both Scrum and traditional PM methods in our company which VP supports well. It covers the whole development lifecycle so we use it for idea management, pre-/release planning, project management/execution and customer support/feedback among other things. A system that has most things around Project Management, Helpdesk, Time Reporting and Document Management.
Good things about VisionProject is that it has support for the basic ITIL-processes and comes with a Support Centre Module for customers to report to. The customers can follow their issues via the Support Centre Module.
The system is extremely easy to configure and also very easy to work with.
Because of this, the system really makes the daily work much more efficient than before....
