I was looking for a heavy pellet with maximum accuracy and stopping power. I had used Bisley pest control aka crow magnum for a while but been disappointed with the accuracy from my HW 97k. having said that the H&N data pdf does not promise them to be anything like match accurate. A completely different story with Baracuda hunters. The makers info promises top accuracy from a hollow point, up to now the holy grail in airgun ammo. I purchased the Baracuda Hunter pellets because I wanted a heavy pellet that would expand significantly upon impact at short range, 15 yards. However, I made a bad choice. The design and weight of the pellet were inappropriate for my circumstances.

The pellets are clean, uniform, and almost flawless--I did find one deformed pellet in the tin. The quality of the pellets is impressive. The Hunter pellets fit snugly, but not too tightly, in the barrel of my Crosman Quest. H&N manufactures... (read more)
