I bought a Fellowes P20 Shredder. There are a lot round and these seemed to be the cheapest at £15.15 inc VAT.

The website is easy enough to use, the delivery was on time and there were no issues so i didn't have to contact customer service or anything so can't comment on that.

Pretty good service all in all. (read more)

I ordered a Grade A printer, which was clearly described as available on the web-site, on 1st Jan 2011. Confirmation of order was e-mailed. I subsequently received an E-mail stating that none of this model of printer were shipped from the maunfacturer! and it would be a week before this happened. All not my problem! No alternative product or resolution offered ( except wait or cancel). I wouldn't but a printer from this company! (read more)

Can assure anyone reading this that i am not getting paid for it but cannot fault the service i received from Shredder services when purchasing my new Brother all in one printer.They were the cheapest by far for the model i wanted & was amazed when the item arrived at midday having ordered it at 1.30 the previous afternoon.Good work guys. I bought a shredder from here. I only needed a small one, so did't want to pay too much. Found one here that was pretty cheap.

The site was easy to use, it looked pretty professional and i had no problems with it.

It was all delivered on time and in one piece and it works just fine.
