I booked myself and a friend a mani and pedi at Jayla Love Beauty. On arrival the staff we're very friendly and the salon is really cool. That's as good as it got. We we're supposed to have a glass of wine included and never got it. The treatments we're rushed and my manicure is already chipping just 3 days after having it done. i had a terrible experience with one of the merchant company selling their services on kgb but it took ages for me to get a refund they kept on sending me updates either saying things were resolved or that i would need to wait 30 days. after nearly 6 months i have managed to convince them the seller was not going to honour the voucher. i found it very difficult to convince them but got there in the end!!! I commenced a booking on first Jan having been told by merchant in Oct 2012 to wait until the NYear to book. No reply after many telephone calls - until 17 Jan when I contacted Customer Services . I was also a KGB Deals customer/victim... I just wanted to make people aware that if you used a visa debit card to make your purchase, you may be able to get a refund under their chargeback facility. It worked for me. Slightly different rules apply to credit cards, i.e. it will usually require a £100 spend, but it seems that there may be some flexibility in this. After many emails (can't phone them) to kgbdeals and Bonarex finally got a product refund in January from kgbdeals. Do not use KGB deals, the merchants they utilise are unturstwothy and dishonest. If you try to raise issues with the customer care, KGB take weeks to respond, do not listen to the customer, totally back the merchant and try their best to pass you over as an annoyance. Initially KGB deals were great they did all they were able to do when it came to a cheap purchase of wrapping paper just over a year ago maybe longer, we got the product for free after complaining, this however did not happen when we made a much bigger purchase from Fast Canvas prints after numerous emails, and months of fighting to get our money back for 6 large prints we were not able to redeem or get in contact with the company in the end we lost around £60 much better companies out... Decided to give KGB deals a go as have had some good honest deals from other voucher sites and thought that they would be as good - wrong! Purchased their ongoing canvas print deal from Digital Printing. It stated in the t&c that it could take up to 21 days to be delivered so I purchased it in plenty of time for Xmas - 9 weeks later I am still waiting! This will be the third and last time I have been screwed over by KGB Deals. I am a big fan of the deal sites of other providers, however this is now the third time KGB has disappointed. Bought a deal through KGB Deals from Minsitry of Deals. 2 months later I recieved the order even though it was meant to fulfilled within 3-5 days. The order recieved was not what was ordered, so in actual fact the order has never been fulfilled. After chasing KGB deals to help, they simply passed me onto the seller to sort it out. I ordered some toothbrush heads for an electric toothbrush. Goods were received after 3 weeks, was told it would be 3-5 days. The quality was so poor that two broke in three days! Am sending them back tmrw after mailing kgb was told to send bk to seller will get refund when they receive them. I have emailed ministry of deals 4 time - havent got a single reply! They are absolutely rubbish! I should really bin the toothbrush heads as im going to spend around £4 on delivery and will never know if they have received them as they dont reply and will not get a refund!! Soo annoyed !!!
