I'm with them and I'm currently sat waiting for my wages to go in so I can leave the house been waiting nearly 5 hours they still haven't cleared my money I can't buy nappys for my baby or food electric ect they don't care the amount they charge just to have an account and they can't even do there job properly

I opened a business account with these guys as I had a personal account with them also and it was so convenient to open... and I can tell you now that's where the ease of dealing with this company ends !! I only had two of my customers pay into my account .. the first payment went missing .. I emailed over the proof of the transaction from my customers bank and after three days they still couldnt find it. Talking to customer services was like talking to my three year old child !! This company is poorly run. They are located above a shop in Salford. They are so poorly run that they accepted a direct debit from someone onto my account. The staff are rude and it takes forever for them to pick up the phone. “Cash plus is a thums up for me”

Cashplus has helped alot had it avout a month and already my credit score has gone up by 40 points. I can transfer and withdraw cash at anytime also contactless paymenys work brilliant. Always make sure you have enough funds in your account. It charges me 99p on transactions but this was my choice instead of the 5.99 charge every month. “Negative effect on credit file - They do not respond”

If you want to improve your dredit record then stay away from this company. They contact you before your monthly paymenty date and tell you that you are in arrears and then put a negative mark on your credit record before you have even had a chance to pay your bill. I have contacted them several times and they have not once responded to my complaints once. during this time they have added a monthly fee to my account and continued to affect my credit rating in the process. “Funds not received after 3 days!!!”

I live in Nigeria and needed to pay the tuition fees fro my daughter who starts University in the UK in September. I paid someone in my local currency and the equivalent of 9,500 Pounds was to be remitted to my daughter's school. Three days later, the funds have not reflected in the account in my daughter's school. The CashPlus payee has sent evidence to prove the money was actually paid. What can I do please? “Can't complain”

I have used cashplus for a year now since shutting down a LTD company and loosing my bank account with it. I have no complaints but when you make a payment on a Saturday it doesn't go through until Monday ! Doesn't take long to get used to .Iadvance is a god send and I've now been upgraded to a £250 overdraft...better than when I was with Barclays ! It cost me 0.75p a day to use. I was offered I advance last week for £50 I set the date to repay 4 the November but I paid off this week and it hasn't been offered again I thought paying early would help but obviously not

Really poor bank, if you go over the limit they give your money back to the client which ensures your life will be as stressful as possible. You'll get a bad attitude from the customer service team when you call them and nobody will follow your complaint up. I took out a prepaid mastercard with cashplus in January last year. For the first year of the card until April, this year, no monthly fee was takenly as the card plan does not have a monthly fee. Then out of the blue, Cashplus took 2 payments of £4.95. Spoke to a customer service advisor who said that an email was sent to members page advising the charges. I have been forced to use this service by Adult Social Care & I've had nothing but bother. Direct payments go in & I am supposed to pay my enablers with the touch of a button Ha ! I have to ring the call centre almost every time just to get it to work. I'm now struggling to pay HMRC as the system does not recognise their account. Or won't accept it. “Dubious Dealings Inc.”

Sucks, no printed statements to remind you. They send one e-mail each month but all you can do is print it out, compared to other accounts its abysmal. Promised txt alerts to mobile have never arrived. No provision for you to review your account on a daily basis or make a payment. Seems only way to pay is by bank transfer or phoning direct. Money eating company I asked them to close my account on March and I had a balance of £0.25 the woman said I need to pay the outstanding balance of £0.25 then they will close my accnt and if the payment reach before end of the month she will automatically close the next thing I know on April my accnt still active and I have charged mh monthly subscription again also charge annual fee of £20.00 I called them and asked why my accnt still not close and the man cn even see that I requested on March to close my accnt he has no answer so I said I just want my accnt close today and he said I cannot do it its the back up team and they will call me after 48 hours I am beyond angry to cashpluss moey grabber

I looked at a comparison website to find a new card to use as Kalixa are closing down. Cashplus kept cropping up and with a few advertised features, so I thought I would apply, as the advert said 'Everyone accepted'. This is a complete lie, as I paid the initial fee by card which was taken straight away, and received an email saying 'your card is on its way!' I cannot praise cashplus enough. I have had the card for nearly three years now and no way will I ever go back to a high street bank. I have never had a problem with them and the customer service is excellent. I use my card for everyday purchases and I also get my wages paid onto it.
