Poor attitude of staffs during phone answering. The ticket is non refundable and changeable but the company did not mention it during booking process, or confirmation letters. Been shocked when I was call to make date changes. Airline company can not find any information about ticket classification as they did not booking following right procedure. Not helpful at all. I am still trying to calm myself down after an absolutely shocking phone call, your internet service team were rude and promised to call back within 30 mins and never did, twice! Earlier this year I have booked a flight online to Asia, and it said to allow 48 hours before the e-ticket to arrive on my email. I waited and waited and waited. Booked a flight to Nepal with them and the confirmation came through with different flight times to the ones I booked. I called them and a lady picked up in India, basically accusing me of being an idiot and having booked the wrong flights. Luckily no money had gone out to them and I cancelled the booking. I booked my ticket online at 3pm in the afternoon. At 10.30 pm I get a call from their Indian call centre stating the ticket price went up another £16 so booking could not be done, would I like to pay the new price. I asked them to cancel the booking. They are breaking the online booking contractual agreement. They are also getting our credit card details. They do need to be invesigated by traind standards. I would advise anybody booking flight tickets to stay away from CRYSTAL TRAVEL as it is more hassle than it is worth. Originally they had advertised the ticket we bought for £555 but when we confirmed it, they suddenly charged me £581+£20 for booking fees, sending my bill to over £600!!
