Ordered 4 Pillows for £27.00 on 8th April and I am still waiting for them !!!! I have emailed them on several occasions only to be ignored (except for 1 email they sent on 1st May saying they would look into it) I have asked for a replacement or full refund - and surprise, surprise this has been ignored. Ordered 3 items on 8 February and paid by paypal. Have now opened a dispute - no contact from company, no goods received and e-mails and telephone messages have been ignored. They do not answer the 'phone, a message directs you to their website e-mail or e-bay messaging. I am surprised there are positive reviews for this company. Very disappointed, would definitely NOT recommend. (read more)

I ordered a duvet set on 30th January and money was taken from my account the following day. Have phoned several times and an answer machine tells you go to their website. Have sent at least 10 emails via their website and have not had a reply. I think this company is just a scam. DO NOT USE IT! (read more)

As you can see from positive reviews this company is not a scam. We had a problem with paypal payments during the period from January to February. We advised people to open a dispute for a refund as your payments were not being sent through to us. We cannot send goods without payment. As you can see from positive comments if your payment was received then your goods were sent out immediately. Suggest you leave a review for paypal as they are to blame not us.

Absolutely appalling service. Item received (eventually) is not item ordered. Phone number on website either doesn't work or they ignore ringing telephone. Customer service skills severely lacking. Will never deal with them again and sincerely urge others not to bother unless you enjoy dealing with shoddy operators. You would get better service off the back of a lorry behind a pub! I bought Black&White Reversible King Size Duvet Cover Set from princess Textiles. The duvet cover was listed as Percale 180 thread count and when item arrived it was actually percale duvet set and fabric was so soft.
I have done two washes so far and there isnt any colour problem.
Order was delivered in two days and delivery charge was reasonable.I would use the web site again.
