“Avoid like the plague!”

I bought a "refurbished" Tom Tom sat-nav from them, at the end of August to use on a holiday in October. After using it for about 4 hours it stopped working. Tesco outlet customer service has been bad beyond belief. After ignoring emails from me they have offered to "repair" it, if I send it back to them. Won't do a refund as it is longer than 28 days since I bought it, even though it was obviously faulty when I got it. Be warned! (read more)

Have used this outlet on Ebay only once but felt that I should let others know my experience of same.

I bought a refurbished LG 19LG3050 19" HD READY LCD TV WITH FREEVIEW as an extra TV, actually for my bedroom. I found that the screen was too small, so my 17 year old grand-daughter bought it from me and loves it. The item works perfectly well and has a 12 month warranty.
