Should have remembered the quote "if it seems too good to be true, then it probably is"! Prices are brilliant and so many good offers - IF the plants arrive healthy and live up to their description. We spent nearly £300 with these people for shrubs and trees and not even half of it has survived. When our first tree died WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF DELIVERY, I contacted the company. I found this site after placing my first order and was dreading my plants turning up. I was pleasantly surprised. Ok, the packing could be better, but I have placed three orders now and all my plants have turned up healthy and strong. My biggest problem is that they use Hermes! My last order looked like it had been used as a football. The plants were broken, it was a disgrace. That’s Hermes fault for treating them so badly. “Not Worth it.”

English Lavender (pack of 10) half of it was in a very poor health - almost dead. I contacted the centre many times, sent them photos as they asked, then they came back asking more photos..But no one seemed interested to resolve my problem. dealt with different people every time. I wouldn't have given them one star, but had to in order to leave a review my review and experience and to warn people just how bad they were when I purchased a so called "Double Flowering Black Dragon Wisteria!" “Incredibly poor quality plants”

My wife and I purchased three Gerberas from this company. When they arrived my wife almost threw then straight in the bin as they were in such a poor condition. I convinced her to at least let me pot them up and see if would be possible to nurture them back to health. One was clearly dead within two days, a second clearly will not live, and the third is alive but a very weak plant and will never come to anything. There is no 0 stars. They sent our order of 6 plants. Only 4 arrived, and those were in very poor shape. They sent the other two and they didn't arrive at all (Again) . then they sent an email saying that it would be best to cancel the order. after emailing and getting no reply I'm on the cusp of showing your customers on social media how dissapointed I am with your product and your customer service. I bought a cherry blossom tree but actually got a 2ft dead graft. It was bought to celebrate my sisters engagement, the actual graft is dead and whatever wood/stick you grafted it onto has leaves and looks dreadful. A swift conclusion would be great. Through Groupon, Gardening Express were offering Japanese Maples, Peonies and Palms on offer. Out of 4 Maples, 3 exhibit nutrient burns on their tips, 2 of which have little to no foilage and the remaining few leaves are about to drop dead from necrosis. Out of 4 Peonies, 3 are virtually dead. None had any labeling as to the species of maple acer or peony. My palms were ordered on the 15th but have not been delivered. As the items are often discounted I expected the quality to be less, but plants have always thrived. I have found it necessary to complain about plants, but this due to packaging damage. After weeks of sending photos etc. I was told "great news I was covered by the guarantee", but I had to send the plants back! What a joke. Last year on Groupon I got 5 trees , one died . After emailing for almost a month I got nowhere so threw the tree away. This year I ordered 5 other trees on Groupon without realising I was still dealing with the same company and 2 weeks later when plants arrived half dead , two died. Don't be taken in by the flashy website and keen prices. When it all goes wrong, and it will, you'll end up with a bunch of dead twigs and an empty wallet. Literally the worst online experience I have ever had. Cancelled after theee weeks of waiting. Never answer the phone. Ignore all e mails. Then a week later the plants turn up! “DO NOT USE - POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE”

Ordered some plants online, they were delayed in delivery -took 23 working days to turn up by which time my parents were away and not able to enjoy the plants. limited comms about the delay with no information on delivery time. And when I did write to ask, responses took 3-5days to reply. and then were not informative or helpful. Tried to cancel but they wouldn't let me do so and then plants were on their way.
