“No problems with CANVAS TOWN”

I've got to admit following reading some of the reviews posted on this site from 2010 on this site I was worried about delivery times and canvas frame / print Quality from Canvas Town. But I am very happy to say that my three Banksy prints were delivered by courier within 5 working days from ordering. The packaging was slightly damaged in transit, however the prints were undamaged, of good quality and in my opinion very good value for money. I would be more than happy to buy goods from... “Brilliant service and value”

I recently bought the Banksy Panoramic from Canvastown.com it was cheaper than anywhere else I could find it and the service was brilliant. I needed a specific day for the picture to be delivered on so that it could be received and they were friendly and efficient in arranging this for me and nothing was to much trouble. Received my print from Canvas Town last week and i was less than impressed. The colours were very faded and the image was blurry. Not what i had expected at all. I have now had to order from someone else for Xmas. (read more)

Canvas Town are absolutely rubbish. I Bought two canvas prints for my Xmas lot and i have now been told that they are not sending any more prints out this Xmas 2010. I have also been told that i am not getting a refund until after Xmas. I only have a certain amount of money to spend and i need this. Will be making a visit to trading standards.

I wish i had seen this site first as the other reveiws on here are not that great for canvas town either.

Having researched the idea of getting a nice print for my lounge, i settled on a canvas print featuring banksy. I ordered this from canvastown 8 weeks ago and i still haven't got my order. To make matters worse, when i called to find out where it was, they were very very rude.

I have cancelled my order and since found out that other customers have had the same problems. They offer such cheap deals that they can't keep up with the work. Not only that i understand the quality is pretty Naff. (read more)

Recently bought a banksy canvas print from Canvas Town online. I was lured by the buy one get one free offer. I should have known better.

Canvas was baggy, badly stapled, faded and marks.

Tried to get money back and was sworn at over the telephone.

Absolutely awful.

Would never use canvastown.com again (read more)
