Delivery took over three weeks when the website stated 3-6 working days. Contacted customer services twice in the three week period - ignored both times.

The product was of good quality and I would buy it again - just not from this retailer. (read more)

i like the website it is easy to use .. the prices are really cheap , i bought the embroidered duvet cover set and it was £60 in shops which i paid £29 less than the half price!
