We travelled from and to Faro Airport with Faro Airports Transfers on 31st May and 7th June, respectively. We were staying in Lagos and paid the driver by cash at the end of each journey. Our first transfer was booked just 5 hours ahead of our arrival at Faro Airport but the service worked out without a hitch. Cannot find any fault with the company. The price was the same as most of the companies I looked at for 9 people. The driver had arrived before us and was easy to locate, with a sign with my name on. There was no waiting around, he was ready to take us to our villa straight away. He spoke a little English and was friendly. The mini bus was very clean and tidy and got us to our villa with no problems. Would use this company again for a big group of people. (read more)

The pick up was waiting for me in the arrivals hall. The transfer was air conditioned and very comfortable and was 30 minutes from my hotel as advertised, couldn't really ask for anything better. I was pleasantly surprised when we got to the airport, we had arrived early, got our bags quickly and there was the driver as promised, waiting for us. The driver was very polite, carried the bags and showed us to the car. On Previous transfers that I have used (via other companies) the kids car seats that we were given to use were very run down, however it was really refreshing to have a new car supplied and integrated car seats within it. Cant fault the service, the only reccmmendation I have is I would suggest they text their customers to let them know they are waiting to collect them from the airport, or on the day of departure to let them know they will be collecting them. (read more)

When we arrived at Faro Airport the driver was already there and waiting for us. He was very helpful, especially when we realised we had left a pushchair at the airport and he had to go back for us! (Fortunately, we had not gone too far!!). When we arrived, he parked as near to the villa as possible for us, although it was difficult to get right outside. We specifically requested a car seat suitable for our 7.5 month old baby. On both occasions the driver said he was not informed we would be travelling with a baby and so a backward facing car seat was not provided. Also we were advised that all drivers would be English speaking, which was not the case on the return journey. Only issue was the expectation to go the toll route without asking me as the customer or informing me that it would cost an extra 4 euros. We were quoted 40 euros , when we got out the Taxi the driver asked for 46 euros , when we questioned it , he said it was for tolls! We handed him 50 euros and he made no attempt to give us any change, will not use again, felt ripped off and not a great start to our holiday. I had booked my taxi online and when i got to Faro the taxi driver was waiting and took me promptly to my hotel. I was quoted 39 Euros but when I got there the driver said that there would be a 6 Euro charge for tolls. As I gave the address of my hotel I can't see how this couldn't be added to my online quote. When we arrived after picking up our luggage a man was there as promised who had a sign he was very helpful considering he spoke very little English. We were going to Prai Da Luz so the only thing we were not made aware of was there are 8 toll bridges between the destinations on the motorway so this was an EXTRA €16 on top of the €160 price already agreed but this was well worth the money as the motorway takes you to your villa in half the time! top class!;-) (read more)

Our flight arrived quite a bit early and to our suprise the driver was already there waiting for us. The car that took us was very clean and had a car seat for our baby and a booster seat for our 5year old. The drive was very comfortable and only took approx 50mins. The same kind of treatment on our departure, driver was there nice and early, booster and car seats present. Both drivers where very helpful and friendly. Would definately recommend. (read more)

I am generally happy with the service. only thing I am not happy with was cost. when I placed the order online, it showed €108 euros for return, but when I was there, I was told by driver that I had to pay extra 10euros for return because of choosing speed road. I think it should be stated in the website, so before people book the service, they are aware of how much they actually pay. (read more)

We booked our transfer from praia da luz online and its pretty easy. The Driver arrived early which was good, the only surprise for us was being asked for 8euro extra if we wanted to travel the toll road which would get us there faster. We were in no hurry and the pleasant journey only took 1.15hrs. I think it would be good to inform guests booking online about the extra charges thus avoiding hidden surprises. We booked faro transfer on internet, its pretty easy. They arrivéd on time. Driver is polite, though he is lack of smile. The only surprise for us was additional costs of 6 euro( which we paid anyway) for use of motorway which we were told its fastest way(35min) to. Get to airport. I don't usually reply to requests for a review, but the service we received could not have been bettered. The driver was waiting for us off the flight, introduced himself, and without delay we were off to our destination, when we arrived we could not gain entrance to apartment. The driver helped us contact the key holder, and didn't leave until whe were safely in the apartment. The whole experience was the epitome of a truly great service. (read more)
