I have ordered from simply supplements for over four years now and I have always found them to be fantastic. Recently my parcel was slightly damaged in transit via royal mail and once I pressed this with simply supplements they replaced my parcel without delay and I received my replacement within a couple of days! I recently switched over to simply supplements from another company as I was fed up of paying ridiculous prices and speaking to rude staff. I have been so pleased with simply supplements! Not only are their products great value for money but their customer service team are excellent. The staff is always very polite and friendly and has no problems helping you choose the right products for you. Great products and a great team of advisors. Great company! I'm really pleased I ordered with simply supplements, their prices are the best I've seen on the market and their customer service team are excellent. I order my glucosamine from them for my knees and they have made such a difference! I do have problems with my mobility and even my GP can't believe what a good job they've done for me! (read more)

I just recently ordered from simply supplements after receiving their latest brochure, I don’t usually bother with things like that but it caught my eye and the prices were so cheap I thought id give them a go. Best decision I’ve ever made! I wasn’t really expecting their products to work but they really have! Really glad I found them now as I do believe they are the best supplement company on the market. I love simply supplements! I am an elderly woman who suffers from osteoarthritis and you would not believe the amount of pain I have been in. I received one their brochures through the door one day and decided I would give them a try. I was advised to try glucosamine 1000mg, and what a great product it is! I have used simply supplements for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The quality of their products is brilliant and they are fantastic value for money, unlike some places which are ridiculously over priced! Their service has always been outstanding and I am happy with my purchases every time. Delivery could be a little bit quicker by the quality and prices of the products outweighs this. I order Glucosamine from simply supplements as I do find them the cheapest on the market in comparison to the extortionate prices you pay from the high street! So far the Glucosamine has worked an absolute treat for me; however with me suffering osteoarthritis I did feel I would benefit from perhaps trying something to go with my glucosamine to give me that extra bit of help. i did a lot of research before buying my glucosamine 1500mg, as it can be so expensive. I found www.simplysupplements.co.uk to be the best value by far.. It was nicely packaged and arrived in only 4 days...not bad from jersey. Definately worth trying as i got one years supply for around £10 after the discounts with free postage and packing... great offer... (read more)

unbelievable product!! I have been taking this for 3 weeks and experienced an amazing change... my stiff painful joints now move freely with no pain! i can walk into town and do so much more now!! Might be well priced but their despatch & delivery are appallingly slow.
15 days after order & payment I am still waiting.
Customer service rep polite but that's not getting my product to me any faster.
Will stick to Ebay sellers in future as this wait is unacceptable--especially as I move house in another 10 days!

ordered glucosamin for my gorgeos black lab, and was getting worried when i read some reveiws about items taking a while to be delivered. i have received mine this morning. in less than a week. we have to remember they are sending from the channel islands. i emailed them. and received emails back confirming delivery was sent.we would use them again for the value for money. well packed and small brochure as well.

I recently became a Granddad and as age is creeping up on me I started to feel a little "rusty" I researched vitamins and supplements to help with the joint pain I was experiencing and everywhere seemed to point to glucosamine. Simply Supplements are the cheapest supplier I found, they are buy one get one free and I don't have any postage to pay. The delivery is quick, packaging excellent and customer services outstanding. We are very disapointed and concerned to hear that your order arrived with delay. The order can take up to 10 working days for delivery as it is sent from the Channel Islands, however in over 90% of cases goods arrive within 3-5 working days. This however does not appear to have been the case for you.
