It's sometimes hard getting musical equipment delivered to the Middle East, But Anderton's always gets it done. They're always very clear about what items are in stock and make a point of testing items that are only under warranty in the UK before sending them abroad. I have recommended Anderton's to several friends with complete confidence and will continue to do so.

Purchased a Palmer PDI-06 MkII 16ohms Attenutor at £179; great price! After ordering and receiving order confirmation I received a follow up email advising me the item was out of stock and it gave the option to cancel my order. I appreciated the honesty and transparency. I decided to wait despite the stock issue, to make up for the item being out of stock they upgraded my delivery so I could receive it sooner. I had to return the item initially as there was a minor fault and the mail order team were great. Very fast response and they exchanged the faulty unit no problem. In short, they did everything possible to ensure I had a good customer experience and despite the two hiccoughs I would definitely order from them again because of the way the handled me as a customer.

It's not often I've entered a music store and then left with a completely satisfied feeling. The store was buzzing but still I was asked by a number of times by staff if they could be of help in a polite and friendly manner. I completed the transaction which consisted of a part exchange deal which was a fairly lengthy process, otherwise it was painless with all aspects covered in an efficient manner. Very good, dealt with in a professional manner. My exit left me with no doubt I had received good service.

When purchasing a product from a company most are fine with delivery. The quality of a company is their aftersales service and for me Andertons are excellent. I purchased a Zoom G3x from them and received it within 24hrs,unfortunately when it came to setting the volume pedal the instructions were not too clear. I rang Andertons to see if they could help,a gentleman took my call and told me to try a certain way,however this did not work. He told me that he would look into it and ring me back. Later that day he was true to his word,he told me exactly what to do and this solved my problem. It is all too common with some companies to be ignored once they have your money but certainly not with Andertons. Well done Andertons,I look forward to more purchases.

Initial purchase and delivery of my guitar to France was swift and hassle free. Having decided I wasn't entirely happy with my choice the response time to organize return and replacement with an alternative instrument was very quick and painless and I now have exactly the guitar I wanted. Well it took a while to arrive. Has it been worth the wait? Yes! The guitar is flawless, much more impressive than I imagined. Plays and sounds amazing, as my guitar teacher (a much better guitarist than I suspect I will ever be) said, when he played it; "wonderful... so much tone..." One usually knows that the world doesn't revolve around oneself, but Andertons certainly makes you feel like it. Had an issue with a Golden Plexi pedal by Tone City I had purchased just half a year ago and which had not been in heavy use - just wouldn't turn on anymore. So I described the problem to Andertons' customer service via web enquiry. Got an answer mail in next to no time, which - based on how big of a deal Andertons has evolved to - is not necessarily given with some stores. Got the permission to open the thing up and see if there's anything I could detect and maybe fix and at the same time offered a free replacement unit. Found a blown smd-cap and sent a photo of it back to customer service, who in turn forwards the info to their supplier, as it may be helpful to them. Even earned a couple of loyalty points for taking a look inside and providing the info on what caused the issue. The replacement unit was then even added to another order I had just completed, so everything is delivered at the same time. All back and forth (correspondance with customer service that is; from reporting the issue to having a replacement unit on dispatch) took place in only a day's time. It's actually a shame that usually everything goes perfectly fine when ordering online from Andertons - you never get in contact with the friendly people working there (; Explicit recommendation.

You'd be bonkers , not to! I've watched the U Tube videos avidly over the last couple of years,and eventually bought an ES339 over the Internet ! Any worries I had regarding Quality,Set-up Delivery etc. We're soon dispelled when the product arrived on time in good packaging and a decent set-up playable straight from the box! Impressive!
