Not going to use again no response to my emails No response to phone calls looking fake My items still say prossing after a week Looking like ringing trading standards up I was told the place is run from a flat or bedsit in london and plenty of bad reports all over the net

please save yourselves from the grief of ordering anything from this company they sent you the wrong parts, don't answer the telephone. the sooner they are out of business the better, the way they operate it wont be long

“ABSOLUTE TRASH”

Ordered the lifan 125 mk3, no bike, communication very poor as soon as payment is received. I pre ordered the bike. Was told the delivery would be in the first week of December now the date has changed to 11th of september 2015. That's 10 months away, no mention of a refund or anything. I ADVISE YOU AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is clearly out for unsuspecting customers money.

“Don't waste your time with this firm”

Ordered a throttle cable over a week ago paid extra for next day delivery, still not here and they will not reply to my emails plus their phone lines are always closed. Absolute garbage

“Avoid Alert”

Please do not use MYPURERUSH.COM. I purchased a bike through sage pay i cleared security with my online chip and pin security and then waited for the product to be shipped to my sons address. 2 days later no bike has turned up, yet it states it is shipped, there excuse is that the delivery address is separate to the card holders address and there for they didnt ship why didnt they call to say this as soon as the order arrived and why did it say shipped? they need time for the payment to clear so they are stalling you and thats why!!! some could say the signs were there but i still gave this company a chance.

How along ago was this as I ordered a throttle a cable week ago and paid extra for next day delivery and it still hasent arrived yet, I've sent countless emails and tried to call them many times aswell, had one reply off someone called jay Stratton saying my part would be here on Wednesday. Still no sign. Hope you get your bike soon

my son ordered mini pit bike on 28.09.14 today is 30.09.14 and still no bike paid for next day delivery.... this company is a total joke......

there saying thy have no record of ale rang bank and it has clearly gone thru ???

This company is terrible, poor customer service and a shambles. After the service i and friends have recieved i would never use again. Use at your own risk but be prepared for hours on a premium number sorting out issues!

“In stock but not in stock”

I placed an order with mypurerush.com for an XLR 140 at £539 + £60 delivery. 5 days later I get an email to say its not in stock and would I like to purchase the xlr160 for £650 + £60 delivery. Taking 5 working days to tell me the bike iv paid for is not in stock and as I don't want the XLR at £650 iv asked for a refund. This won't be credited to my account for 5 working days now do I won't be able to shop anywhere els till I receive this credit. This has been a real inconvenience to and I wouldn't recommend mypurerush to anyone. Very un-professional to sell stock on the Internet that you don't have and not to inform me for 5 working days is really un-professional and I won't be using them or recommending them...

Hi crew666, I found this with a lot of company's so I decided to become a dealer and only sell the bikes I have in stock. I made a little saving this way but I get the chance not to let people down or disappoint them or even inconvenience them.
Good luck in your search and hope it don't happen to you again :-(
