“contract renewal”

Like so many others writing reviews of Opus energy I am appalled at the massive rate hike from the end of my first 12 month contarct , an increase from 10p to 16p. They say they have written to me 3 times, I have received nothing, and now even though I have still got 5 weeks remaining I have been told that I am tied in to another 12 months at a 60% increase. same thing again renewal letters not being received this is happing all the time from the reviews i have been reading ,It is happening to me , think watchdog should look into this company
