Good Points: Imaging, works with lower amplifier power. (60 watt V-Fet) I am not a "bass freak" so they sound fine to me. Very musical with right equipment.
Bad Points: A bit weak in upper midrange. Loses some detail.
General comments: I purchased the KEF Coda 9 at a great price so overall a bargain especially since they are made in Britain, not China like most are these days.

I had these speakers for five years and have now chaged them for Missions 782. I was generally happy with them and thought they were good value at this price.

I think one thing, they are fabulous! I have them 6 years, and they work as well as they are new ! The sound is "clean" and it gives great bass effects, and a wonderful stereo effects with home cinema!

Having owned these Kef Coda 9 speakers for 3 years. It has taken some work to get them to sound right.
I have tri-wired the crossovers and strengthened the cabinets and now the detail and bass are excellent.
