Bought a car from this company, terrible service and u don't get warranty stay well away . Ashton motors what a shame.

I bought a A class from them, i phoned few times before going to buy as i wanted to make sure it was a sound car before my long journey from the south. On the test drive i heard a rattling sound which i questioned but was ensured by the seller and mechanic that there was nothing wrong. I then bought and drove it home back to somerset. As i was sure there was still something not right with it i took it into a mercedes garage who took me the gaerbox had gone. I then had the hassle of trying to get the car back up to blackburn motors to get the work done, i think it has been done but i have not been given any proof of paperwork. I would never use them again as i dont trust them.

Bought a merc a while ago of these guys just been MOT 12 months it steered so badly took it in to a local garage and they replaced a ball joint which was very badly worn, the car still steers very badly the worse car I have ever had ! Would not go back there never ever. be warned

Stay well away from this garage, I bought a MG ZT from here over a year ago, after 2 days the car broke down on the outside lane of the morotway.Upon inspection the drive shaft had came away from the engine block and was only held on by one bolt when sold.After a year of missery I still have the car and hope to have a refund soon.Cameron the manager was as nice as pie and assured me he would fix the car ASAP but never planned to.You would think that you are covered from this type of incident when dealing with a car sales garage but I have had the worst experience of my life.I had to put 1 star but really rate this garage o stars.DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM BLACKBURN MOTOR VILLAGE
