Having read the review on here, I was a bit wary but I know what I'm doing when it comes to cars so I decided to ignore the reviews and make my own mind up. I chose my car based on its condition and service history. I did a hpi check which was all clear so that's good enough for me. Abbi (sorry if that's spelt wrong) was very friendly and helpful, and I really like the "no pressure" approach they have. I've been buying cars from these guys for 6 years now, i'm on my second, my two daughters, son and sister are all happy with motors from here. Kam and the guys are pleasant and helpful. So they don't give brilliant part-ex prices...what car sales does? If they're not making profit, they're not a real good business...right! Bought a Golf from these guys, no problems encountered with service before and after sale, after a week of owning the car developed a fault, took it back, no hassle in getting it sorted. I bought an Audi A3 from Blackburn Motor Village a few months ago and have been really pleased. I was a bit worried when I read some of the reviews about the garage. Not sure how many people are just being plain racists....sad in this day and age. The sales guys were pleaseant and amusing and not overly hassly. They were flexible and helpful. I bought a A class from them, i phoned few times before going to buy as i wanted to make sure it was a sound car before my long journey from the south. On the test drive i heard a rattling sound which i questioned but was ensured by the seller and mechanic that there was nothing wrong. I then bought and drove it home back to somerset. I have had the same problem sold me a dodgy car with alsorts wrong and they are now avoiding my phone calls. It is meant to have 3 months warranty yet they have had it back for 3 Weeks and still no work been done.

I have had my 1998 Audi for 3 years now, only probemi have had was the airflow meter £30 to fix apart from the price of the MOT and the £30 i have not needed to spend nothing 178000 miles for £1200.00 and 3 years driving i don't think you can complain, we where so impressed with the Audi my wife bought a 2002 Ford Galaxy 9 months ago again no problems so far.I'm hoping to get another Audi this week from BMV if they have the right car i want, no issues what so ever. Bought an 04 Honda Civic Type S from Blackburn motor world approx 3 weeks ago. Noticed the car advertised on the web and was priced lower than others I had seen at similar age and mileage. They offered me a low trade in for my old car but it was reasonably fair considering the price of the car I was buying.

Bought a merc a while ago of these guys just been MOT 12 months it steered so badly took it in to a local garage and they replaced a ball joint which was very badly worn, the car still steers very badly the worse car I have ever had ! Would not go back there never ever. be warned (read more)

Stay well away from this garage, I bought a MG ZT from here over a year ago, after 2 days the car broke down on the outside lane of the morotway.Upon inspection the drive shaft had came away from the engine block and was only held on by one bolt when sold.After a year of missery I still have the car and hope to have a refund soon.Cameron the manager was as nice as pie and assured me he would fix the car ASAP but never planned to.You would think that you are covered from this type of incident...
