So many great reviews/satisfied users, it seemed a no-brainer to go for TSOHost when I wanted to change web hosters. Phoned and spoke to a sales person, who assured me that migrating my site was all part of the deal, easy-peasy etc etc - just sign-up and we'll take care of it. Wrong. Tickets I opened to explain what I wanted from them were dealt with selectively, meaning that many crucial areas were either ignored, or glossed-over. “Excellent Service and Prices”

Put simply, I've moved from an 'unlimited' supplier based in the US, which was down at least once a month. After moving to TSO Host I've had zero downtime and the support are excellent, I don't think I've waited more than 20 minutes for a reply to a query. I have always looked for reliable web hosting, having been a previous customer of Unlimited Web Hosting, I was not satisfied with the constant server outages and disconnections. I've been using TSOhost for three years now and they have never let me down. They simply do what they promise, if you want to cancel or upgrade something, it's hassle free unlike some hosting companies. On the odd occasion I have had to ring them up for some advice they have been very helpful and know what they are talking about. I signed up with TSOhost in summer 2012 after becoming increasingly dissatisfied with my previous host. The first thing that tempted me towards TSO rather than one of the hundreds of other providers out there was the monthly payment option. I could buy one months hosting for £1.99 and if I didn't like it, just cancel. Much better than risking £60-£70 and being tied in for a year. Fast servers, excellent up-time, easy to use control panel and above all amazing customer service and technical support. Have been with TSO for a couple of years and whilst they occasionally have an outage they are always quick to inform you and appear to be honest and upfront about the reason and what they will do to stop it happening again. Moved to TSO Host just recently after some fairly horrific experiences with Justhost and it's been nothing short of amazing. The support is second to none and the pricing you just cannot fault. I wanted to to transfer domains - They sent me detailed and easy to follow steps. Having a couple of sites hosted with tsohost for around twelve months, I just wish I had used this company earlier. My sites aren't 'mission critical' nor are they for the generation of revenue. They are best described as 'hobby sites'. Nevertheless, the available features and customer support (not that I've needed much) are the same as are afforded to larger corporate-type sites. I have had support ticket responses at 3a.m. On the odd occasion services are unavailable, TSO always keep you posted which is more than can be said for other companies. We have 3 dedicated servers and use their clustered solution, all of which I highly recommend. Backups are taken nightly on the cluster and you are able to restore from your control panel any file within the cluster. I'm very surprised to see tsohost haven't got more reviews here, as they are frankly a huge breath of fresh air amongst web hosts. I've been using them for close to 6 years now and they haven't put a foot wrong for me. I've moved ~70% of our work sites to them and purchased a VPS from them too. After discovering that some "hosting review sites" are actually owned and run by a hosting site, and always give themselves 100% excellence in every aspect, I have been extremely wary about believing any reviews, and usually read them with a pinch of salt.

I recently moved to tsohost after problems with the previous provider and much searching around for a suitable replacement. Emails asking questions before I signed up were replied to very quickly, usually within minutes. When I signed up, I went for the basic lite package to start with, and it was easy to transfer all the webpages and databases.
