The good news is that I always seem to get there in the end with Daisy, and I have dealt with some really nice people over the years, however, I can't remember the last time I had an issue that was resolved snag free, and on occasions the solution involves a charge that I hadn't legislated for (I accept that might be my fault for not paying enough attention to the terms and conditions).
