We recently transitioned all of our Telecomms, data and voice services away from BT to Daisy and their Project Coordinator , PC, handled what was a challenging migration very professionally. We new it was going to be a stressful and tricky experience as we are in constant contact with our clients via Webex, email phone etc and their PC was a very safe and responsive pair of hands all the way through the process. “Experience of relocating”

Due to back log it took longer than ideal for salesperson to visit our old premises to quote on our requirements at new location. That said the salesman was excellent as was the coordination of new installation. We recently decided to purchase a new telephone system for the office and accepted a quotation from the helpful representative from Daisy Communications.  From accepting the quote the system was ordered and and arrived soon after before being fitted. An issue with re-siting the Fax Machine was quickly and efficiently solved by our Project Coordinator. “Good system when it works”

Customer service has always been pretty good, sales reps, engineer and help desk always seem to be knowledgeable and helpful. The phone system was installed quickly and efficiently at our two offices although so was the training given. We weren't given enough training to fully use the phones and were left to try and figure out how to record greetings as the instructions we were given didn't work. “Equipment Errors and Daisy service destroyed our business”

Our company installed telecommunications equipment from Daisy and went through an upgrade to eight lines to support an intention to grow from the existing 5 telephone operation to a complement of 8. Soon after installation we started to experience intermittent problems. The emphasis from Daisy was on trying to get their paperwork right rather than fix the problem. Daisy complaint publication of facts:
We went through the complaints procedure, Daisy admitted we were right and we were given a sum to cater for the service shortfall. Our additional request to just cancel the contract and take away the equipment was referred to the directors by the complaints dept. The directors refused presumably because they are such a large company and we are a start-up and could not afford the legal fees to get fair play. We were later told by an employee that we were right to request the equipment to be cancelled. They knew our financial position. Now the company is deep in debt and any legal action will be up to Receivers to decide. All we can do is use every avenue open to us to network the facts to the business community to help other not fall foul of the same treatment. Perhaps Daisy would like to do the honest thing and confirm our story. They know who we are unless there are so many others like us that they can’t identify us in the mass of others. We are offered by another start-up to make a video of the equipment and read out the various email confirmations by Daisy and independent others (not ourselves) of what has happened then at least we will be able to help others. Any additional suggestions for getting into the public demain would be most welcome

We are a firm of solicitors, and the phone system is part of our lifeblood. Changing to a new system was always going to be uncomfortable, but the Daisy team carried out the installation efficiently and without major headaches. The couple of issues that arose as we went through the process were dealt with promptly, and they kept the time we were "off air" to the minimum. This required installation of new telephony equipment which was all carried out in the timescale promised and was overseen very professionally by the project co-ordinator.
