“Beware T's & Cs Read Carefully!!!”

10 years we have been with Daisy and for the time being it was great. So why the 1 star..? When we found a new supplier for our 20 handsets as they were almost half the overall cost of Daisy, we were stunned with a £900 +VAT bill for "PAC Admin Fee". Basically if you ever want to leave the contract after the term has finished, your going to have to cough up a sum. Also please read, its 90 days to exit, so unless you call 3 months before ending your contract you need to pay early termination… Read Full Review

“Mobile Supplier”

The service is very good in all areas with the exception of the billing which is obsessed with security.I cannot see any reason why you cannot just send the invoice in PDF form. I just had to ring only to be told my ID was no longer valid.I was then given a new one and whilst trying to reset my password it would not let me enter my ID. I like the fact that I can get through to a real person almost immediately. BT wholesale did not let me know that an engineer had attended my fault. I was left with the impression that I had been forgotten by BT. When I called the Daisy call centre staff explained what stage my fault was at and that an engineer had visited the switch and that my expected fix time was 17:00hrs. I called requesting information on our telephone bill in relation to mobile calls which appear to be higher this time and was fortunate enough to speak to an adviser. I have spoken to people at Daisy many times but never really came away satisfied due to wrong contact name being on bills, not being able to access the website, due to the account being in another name etc. Today though she helped me get set up on the website which is something I have been trying to do for ages. Having been promised the earth they have failed to deliver. I put the transfer from BT to Daisy on hold because the Daisy representative did not provide the right package quote. I was told by Daisy I was not in contract when BT confirmed I was and Daisy would not pay the fee to break the contract. Still awaiting prices fr upgrade on Broadband. “A few hurdles to receive what was sold to us”

The Daisy advisor who sold us the phone package left the company after our order was placed and we were left with a few hiccups: missing call bundle, incorrect cancellation of our existing broadband then an inadequate router and poor installation were all problems. I generally have a very low opinion of daisy due to the lack of service and support which is common rhroughout.
