We wanted to terminate our simm contract with Daisy, as the gentleman using the phone had retired. We wrote giving 90 days notice as advised, which was due to end on the 6 April 2016. The gentleman using the phone is elderly and wanted to keep his present number, therefore we contacted Daisy on the 23 February and discussed this with a member of staff, they advised to wait until the contract had finished and he would receive the pac code by text on the 6 April. She was extremely helpful and efficient, despite me not having all the right paperwork in front of me. Spoke to BS to query a SIM delivery that had not arrived. BS was very polite and helpful. He went as far as to speak to couriers direct and then came back to me swiftly to update me. he then offered to re order my SIM and kept me informed of how this would work. I was having trouble getting signed up to the new Daisy My Account service, but received immediate help with the Daisy Instant msg service from the person I dealt with who guided me through the process and assisted me with getting set up and logged in very quickly. i have just had an issue which has been dealt with efficiently, quickly and without any stress. The girl who dealt with my complaint could not have handled it better doing what she said, keeping me informed all the time. She was extremely helpful this morning and I was not kept waiting too long whilst she sorted out my problem. I was also chasing a new router/modem and was put through to a gentleman who said that this had been sent at the end of March to 55 Langdale Rise instead of 56 Langdale Rise. This is the third time that I have contacted Daisy to change my contact details, and, today, at last, someone responded, so thank you. Just as long as Daisy use my new contact details for monthly billing, all will be fine. However, this third party review site is horrendous.
