We have used Daisy for over three years now and have had a new telephone system installed in early April. We were promised no teething problems as it was "just unplug the old system" and plug in the new! All I can say is it didn't go to plan. 3 months down the line still having issues. It's great to have a chat facility and that you responded quickly when I used it. Your agent (MF) was responsive and helpful. I'm a little disappointed that a simple question about the contractual commitment for our current service wasn't something that the agent could answer on the spot and that I now have to wait for a call back from the Retention Department.
