I've had various products with Daisy over the years, they used to provide a great service, then things went awry when they got very big very quickly. “Service Standards Have Slipped”

We were originally customers of Genesis and then Outsourcery now Daisy. It is purely my own opinion but the service levels improved when the business went from Genesis to Outsourcery but I must say since going over to Daisy I really feel that standards have slipped all round. Constantly have to chase staff and totally left in the dark as to who our point of contact is. With so much competition in this market sector, Daisy Communications really need to up their game in my opinion. … Read Full Review

Thank you for your feedback and we’re very sorry if you have not received the high level of service you should expect from Daisy.

In May last year, we carried out an internal restructure to provide each customer with a small dedicated Customer Service team trained to handle all types of queries. The aim of this was to cut down the amount of people our customers would have to speak with and so that you get through to the correct team on your first try. It is always a difficult problem to sort out when two parties are in disagreement, but daisy listened to our position and then were prepared to reopen the case with BT when we were incorrectly charged for a fault on the line. The fualt reorting/customer agents for Daisy Telecom are the best i have ever worked with and i ahve been in the fireld for over 20 years. The amount of times I have rang Daisy now has allowed me to give a much more balanced view or their service. We have built up a great Rapport with the agents and every single agent drops everything to assist you. They will provide you with the answers you need and correct issues as soon as humanly possible. It beats other good experiences I have had with T-mobile and Vodaphone. You can never really go Off of a review from one customer however. I strongly recommend trying another company before you sign up with these bunch.  I have moved premises where they cannot continue to supply my services but will not release me from the contract for products they cant even supply me. Hi, thank you for your feedback and I’m sorry that your recent Change of Address query has not yet been resolved to your satisfaction.

If you move location while Daisy are supplying your services, you would be required to provide us with sufficient notice to re-install the service at your new premises, however, if you decide to receive services from an alternative supplier at your new site then you would remain responsible for any contractual agreement you have entered in to.

If you have moved to a location which does not support the product you have entered into an agreement for, E.G. super-fast Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) broadband which is still in the process of being rolled out across the UK, then we would be happy to discuss supplying an alternative broadband product in place of the FTTC connection.

Please get in contact with us so we can discuss further and resolve this situation for you.

the broadband is ok, i have had a couple of problems but dealt with a person, she was very responsive and kept me in the loop I have had broadband with daisy for 3 years now and like i said a couple of problems but generally they are very good and the fact that i don't have to wait 2 hours to get through to someone i am happy with them. We had a mobile with them also and again they were good but we found a cheaper deal when the contract was up so went to O2 directly… Read Full Review
