“The worst company to deal with”

I strongly recommend trying another company before you sign up with these bunch.  I have moved premises where they cannot continue to supply my services but will not release me from the contract for products they cant even supply me. Hi, thank you for your feedback and I’m sorry that your recent Change of Address query has not yet been resolved to your satisfaction.

If you move location while Daisy are supplying your services, you would be required to provide us with sufficient notice to re-install the service at your new premises, however, if you decide to receive services from an alternative supplier at your new site then you would remain responsible for any contractual agreement you have entered in to.

If you have moved to a location which does not support the product you have entered into an agreement for, E.G. super-fast Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) broadband which is still in the process of being rolled out across the UK, then we would be happy to discuss supplying an alternative broadband product in place of the FTTC connection.

Please get in contact with us so we can discuss further and resolve this situation for you.

the broadband is ok, i have had a couple of problems but dealt with a person, she was very responsive and kept me in the loop I have had broadband with daisy for 3 years now and like i said a couple of problems but generally they are very good and the fact that i don't have to wait 2 hours to get through to someone i am happy with them. We had a mobile with them also and again they were good but we found a cheaper deal when the contract was up so went to O2 directly… Read Full Review

“Awful”

Absolutely terrible, I have been trying to leave Daisy it's took them 3 months to finally respond and get me a PAC code and charged me £25 for the pleasure! Tried to complain and they just arent interested. I was outraged at paying £25 for a free phone call to o2 and taking 3 months to get out of my contract with them. Be careful folks, they say your contracts is 24months, but you will end up with at least 27months paying. Why? Because according to their term and condition, your notice period is 90days and also notice period not to be served prior to your contract expiry date!!! (refer to Term and condition 3.1 and 3.2) it is literally a change in the meaning of NOTICE, I suggest dictionaries to change defenition. so you sign the agreement because we all usually do not read the term and then at the end you… Read Full Review

I have confirmed that the current T&Cs for mobile are being re-drafted and the clauses around notice periods and when you can serve notice will be changed.

“Costly Mistake”

Where do I start! This was not a good experience to say the least. We were already customers of Daisy when they called to say that we could have a visit to discuss improvements to our existing system. The salesman visited (his initials were MM)and looked at our existing bills and said that we could have a new cloud system installed and save ourselves about £40.00 plus vat per month. “AVOID AT ALL COST”

Simply put and absolute disaster of a company. Terrible customer service quite rude in fact. We found charges on our bill that previously were not there. When we enquired what they were for the answer given did not make sense. Totally astounded that this kind of practice is still allowed and when asked about what these strange looking charges are on the invoice, response received makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. “Even our Daisy Account Manager Agreed”

Having recently met with our new Daisy account manager, the 4th in the last two years, he admitted to us that he wished he'd never joined the company. 3 years ago we were sold an LG telephone system on a lease, over what we though was 5 year contract. We have copies of the original paperwork which show this. However, it appears the at the previous account manager then altered the paperwork to show a 7 year contract. “Changing account name. Caller ID,”

Changing account name was done speedily. I have complained a few times that my caller ID display just stopped and hopefully it will be back today after speaking to a lady who was most helpful. I have just received a call and caller ID is back displaying. Thank you. You keep changing your telephone contact numbers which is very annoying and seem to take forever to resolve any complaints. With regards to your critical comments:

We have changed the way people can get in touch with Customer Services. At the top of your bill you will find the contact number for your dedicated customer service team. This is to prevent people calling in and getting passed around several times before finally getting to speak to someone.

This number can also be found through additional functionality on our website, allowing you to find the right number to call by your account number. It's in the header on our website.

We also have online systems in place for escalating complaints, so a complaint made through our website or via Twitter would be immediately escalated to a dedicated complaints team. This can also be done via telephone, post or email.

I hope that goes some way to answering your concerns and thanks again for taking the time to leave feedback.

“Seriously do not ever since gn with Daisy!”

We were with Daisy for 10 years and on selling our business were told that because the new owners were not going to go with dAisy we were obliged to keep the contract going. Obviously we did not want to and were then told that we would have to pay to terminate the contract. They now want £349. They are an unscrupulous company that once you are caught in their trap will bleed you dry. Do not have any thing to do with them. Far better companies out there with morals. I'm sorry you're unhappy but maybe you should take some legal advice. I'm not an expert but if you sold your business the contract with Daisy should surely have been included in that. I would say it's the new owner's responsibility to deal with any outstanding contracts.

I would check with your solicitor who dealt with the sale of the business on your behalf, because if the contract with Daisy now belongs to the new owner it's nothing to do with you.

“Slow Poor & Clueless”

I have been a customer of daisy for over ten years, they started well, always looked after us, but as soon as they floated in 2009 they became a terrible company to deal with, account managers change hands weekly here and the service is non existent, I would not recommend this company to anyone. “Look for a better company!”

I used this company for a number of years as my Business Mobile Phone supplier and getting out of the contract was a nightmare. Despite the fact that there were better deals with other companies, it was suggested by a well known high street store that Daisy Communications were offering a good deal at the time. However, I am unsure if you entered into a contract with us directly or through a reseller? Our contracts do state that there is a 90 day notice period and you should have been aware of this from the beginning.

“Service Nightmare”

All cost, no delivery. They are a "can't do" organization, and massively incompetent. I used to have to speak with Daisy every week, 1-5 times/week: Service interruption; lack of delivery on commitments; billing errors; service interruption, and service interruption. Now, the conversations are more stressful than living with the service interruptions and lost money, and I have reduced it to a few times per month. “Quick Resolution to Potentially Long Problem”
