After a power issue, we lost our whole phone system. Customer services handled our calls quickly and efficiently. An engineer attended in good time and diagnosed the problem quickly. Despite this occurring late on a Friday, the replacement parts were with us first thing on Monday and the engineer returned and installed the new kit, ensuring all was well before leaving. Unfortunately I had an outstanding query from May 2014, which was not resolved until the Customer Service team 4 took it over. They managed to resolve it within a couple of days, and she kept me updated. I was really impressed with her service as I was beginnning to feel very stressed by the situation. As a customer of Daisy, what I am impressed with is their ability to offer multiple products on one bill. As my busines needs grow I will certainly utilise Daisy for more of my telecom needs. They provide a dedicated CS number and are open 24 hours per day which is ideal for busy businesses. I've had various products with Daisy over the years, they used to provide a great service, then things went awry when they got very big very quickly. “Service Standards Have Slipped”

We were originally customers of Genesis and then Outsourcery now Daisy. It is purely my own opinion but the service levels improved when the business went from Genesis to Outsourcery but I must say since going over to Daisy I really feel that standards have slipped all round. Constantly have to chase staff and totally left in the dark as to who our point of contact is. In May last year, we carried out an internal restructure to provide each customer with a small dedicated Customer Service team trained to handle all types of queries. The aim of this was to cut down the amount of people our customers would have to speak with and so that you get through to the correct team on your first try.
