ZH An enforced change from Blackberry to Android by our German mother company meant I had to contact Daiy to make the arrangements. First call, although pleasant left some confusion (hence the 4 stars rather than 5), all subsequent calls through ZH were far more positive. The situation, was clarified, and a solution was found that met my very specific criteria. Call was answered without much of an issue. The operator was pleasant and dealt with the enquiry effectively. The only thing I would add that could be improved is the response time for the query. Service from employees is excellent, very helpful and try their best to solve the problem as soon as possible and keep you up to date in what is going on etc.... Service of phone lines not so great, last year we had a number of problems which are now fixed but these were on going for around a year. As mentioned above staff were extremely helpful doing what they could, but a year to fix a problem is not acceptable when you are tyring to run a business. He contacted Daisy Group and I was immediately contacted by someone from Daisy Group to arrange a visit from one of their engineers.
