The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful, he went through the security procedure, logged the call and provided a reference. He advised what he was going to do next, as it was being passed onto the VOIP engineers. Customer Service team are polite, ask questions to obtain enough information for the technical teams unfortunately the technical teams don't response I usually have to chase the ticket to get a response… Read Full Review

“Problem resolved quickly”

Company had a problem where users could not use mobiles outside of UK. The woman I dealt with was fast to respond to my e-mail and chased up the department involved when the issue was not resolved within 24 hours. The issue was sorted and all users are able to use their mobiles when out of the UK. I like the fact that I was kept in the picture with what was going on as it was on going for a week and a half. Which was quite a long time if we did not have another provider to change our call routing. Spoke with a lady today (FB) and may I say how excellent her customer services is. I have had an awful experience with Daisy from last week as we wish to terminate the contract due the building being sold. I felt I was being ignored and customer service was not listening to my REQUEST. Instead I was informed that the new owners will be taking over the account and I for one did NOT give anyone permission to do so. Been using Daisy for a few year and through circumstances having to leave. However, my experience with them has been excellent. Very prompt and professional with all my queries, answers and advice. Came into work on the Monday morning and our phones weren't working, we tried re-booting the system but no success. I spoke to Daisy Customer service who tested the line and said we had a fault on the line. The representative was very polite and told me he would log the fault with BT and that he would also divert our calls to the mobile. BT engineer came out same day and fixed the fault. We required the addition of a handset to our existing VOIP phone system. I called Daisy and spoke to a rep  (MAC Executive) who promptly answered the phone and was very helpful. He took down the details of the work to be carried out and within the hour I had a quote on email. He kept me informed on the progress of my order every step of the way.
