I contacted daisy today due to outages in our external phone lines, all requests made were dealt with very politely. I am not the normal point of reference for daisy and had no access to account information but had my questions answered promptly due to the nature of questioning. I have also been assured that our normal phone engineer will receive feedback as to what the issues origin was as we also maintain an issues log on site. “Continuously losing service”

We changed to Daisy from BT. It's the worst thing we've done. A couple of times a week we lose broadband service for hours. We've had 5 Openreach engineer visits and each time Daisy tell us the issue is resolved. Within a few days to a week we lose service again. This has gone on for 3 months. When I asked to be released from the contract early because they're not providing the service I pay for I was told it would cost me £590 as the service met acceptable levels. “Buyer Beware”

Took out a contract through an agent, arranged for 6 gig of data, data exceeded received a bill for £249.00, arranged for a cap to be put in place. So far the cap on data has not worked, each month we receive excessive invoices. I would advise anyone thinking of having a contract with this company to think twice. Arranging to cancel the contract now, heaven only knows what the penalties will be, but I cannot trust them anymore… Read Full Review
