Waited over 10 days for an order. No communication to say why it was so delayed. “Do not use- taken over by VioVet- Service now appalling”

I had used Berriewoods for 7 years & was a very happy customer. However now taken over & they now charge for delivery, where before orders over £20ish pounds were free. “Your pet will starve before they even post your order”

Well past the delivery date, still hadn't even despatched order, even though they said it was all in stock. Just sitting there in warehouse. Too much effort to give it to the courier obviously. Phoned up, attitude was couldn't care less. Cancelled order, no apology, still couldn't care less. One of the worst online order experiences I've had. “Taken over by viovet = poor customer service and delivery”

We have used Berriewood on several occasions but on this occasion, since being taken over by viovet, things have go down hill. Ordered some dog food in the middle of April and still no sign of it. The date promised on the website has come and gone so has the date given by the advisors how we spoke to on the phone. This is the last time we will be using Viovet/Berriewood. Until this last order, I have not had a problem, except for the reliability of the website more recently, and having difficulty in processing my orders. Ordered £70 worth of dog food and a couple of chews: I received an e-mail on the day the delivery was due to say that they were holding up the delivery for the dog chews that weren't in stock. a. Do not use this company. The customer service is appalling. After being a loyal customer for 2 years, I have now been waiting for a parcel for 16 days and spent hours trying to get my delivery and then when it was clearly never going to be received, I've had to spend hours trying to get a refund. “Poor Delivery Service and Always out of Stock”

The one positive about Berriewood is they are cheap. However every delivery I have had apart from the very first I have had issues with. I have had damaged items on almost every delivery, one delivery not delivered when they said it would be and they take payment for items they don't have in stock and haven't notified you of. “Thawed & Not as described!”

I ordered a load of BARF frozen chicken for my dog. It was OK, although it had half defrosted by the time it was delivered. It also took them a whole week to deliver from the time of placing my order. I ordered freeflow frozen minces, all of which had to go in the bin as they were defrosted completely on arrival. “Wouldn't do business again”

I did business with this company for several months and thought they were very professional and always answered my queries quickly. That was however until I experience problems with one of their products which caused my dog to have Diarrhoea. Nice video! Especially since you didn't gloss over the exceptions . So often tenrairs/books/videos etc. state If dog does A,B or C then do X . But they never address what to do if the dog does D . I thought you were falling into that pattern with the Obviously not if it's really painful comment. However at the end you inserted the additional info (using carrot etc) that addressed that issue. Nice job!
