“Rip off card charges beware!”

My holiday cost was £4200 including the credit card charge which amounted to around £84 pound this was included in the total cost as it gives you the option of payment when making booking, so if you tick credit card it automatically works out the percentage and adds the total to the final total amount! So i thought ok it's £84 pound but at least I'm covered if it goes pear shaped! “F***ING JOKE - DO NOT BE FOOLED”

Another story to add to the collection, well... had been searching for weeks to book for an all girls holiday!! Found beach collections for an all inclusive holiday for £600 for 10nts Ayia Napa! At first thought this great as we had other friends we knew were also going away for 7nts for £550 self catering! “Prices are not as advertised”

Thought like others we had booked a holiday,good price and the Hotel, destination that we wanted. Tried to telephone office,put on costly answer phone! Got email within a few hours to say booking request had been received,all details were correct and prices etc. However next day recieved an email to contact Travel Bag(not beachcollection) regarding our Holiday request. Had all of the above except i have already booked a holiday for my husband and myself and then decided to take our 2 mothers to discover the price advertised was not the pricde paid!!!! After afew fraught phonecalls i had to book at an extra cost of 121 pounds which i had to pay as i had to b sure that they could actually travel with us as we where travelling in 10 days time I WISH I HAD OF SEEN THE REVIEWS FIRST I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY NOTBOOKED WITH THEM!!!! Dick Turpin did the decent thing and wore a mask

We had the same happen to us ...booked the holiday under the impression that all is sorted and only waiting for the company to confim with us. The person seemed very rude and too automatic in his responses i.e. it seems as if this is his daily routine to have to "stand up for their extra pounds request". He said that the website beach collections were not "live" and that the prices had changed, they wanted £200 extra for the same holiday we had booked only a few days earlier. We declined and had to settle for the 9 days instead of the 10 days originally because of them changing the price. Does anyone know how we can complain to them ? Thank you

I was looking for a cheap holiday to Turkey , and advised to try Olu Deniz. When surfing the net , came across The Beach collection. The flight times were perfect and the price was really good. I booked it and it said they would send me an email shortly . This was on the Saturday. On Wednesday they called to tell me the fights I wanted had gone up £23 each and also I needed to pay for our baggage that would have been £30 each. I AM VERY WORRIED ABOUT MY FUTURE HOLIDAY WITH THIS COMPANY as they took all my details and i thought it was booked hence two days later they phoned and price had gone up alot. But I stupidly agreed and I asked them a price for another person £250 they said. “horrible customer service, take such a long time...”

horrible customer service, take such a long time getting through to them. tickets didnt arrive till a day before and still didnt get the details right after paying them to change some name details. couldnt beleive it when I was still running around chasing them to send the right tickets to me on the day off travel. avoid if you can!!!
