Ordered goods before Christmas,was not told the item was out of stock,contacted customer service!! and asked them to amend part of the order to a new dely address,as it was a christmas present,was assured it would be done at extra cost,however this did not happen,I called several times to complain,never got through I also e mailed them at the end of December,still no-one has ever contacted me. Would not recommend this company.

Following many attempts to get through by email and phone finally got through by phone on the "order something" line. My query re outstanding refund for an item ordered before Christmas was passed on with promise to ring back "within 24hrs" - didn't happen. Got through again and finally somebody promised a cheque "within 7 days" - still waiting. Evidently because they've been taken over they couldn't just credit my card! I live in hope.

I had never heard of Dibor before my order and wish things had stayed that way. I am supprised that Amazon still allow them to trade through their site. No delivery of order, imposible to make contact with them. If I could could make a negative star rating I would, they are that bad.

I ordered from them 26th Jan and they didn't take my payment or send the goods. I did get hold of someone on the phone today (sounded like the same voice as on the automated service, if that is genuine?!) and she said they were moving warehouse so their phone lines were affected. However I too looked on companies house and it said they'd gone into liquidation. She said this was incorrect and the google sat map that shows they are running the business from a terrace house is incorrect too! My credit card had to be cancelled because from 29th Jan it was being used fraudulently so they won't be able to take my payment whenever they think they are going to! Having read these reveiws I won't be giving them my new credit card number when it arrives!

Like other reviewers, ordered an item from Dibor early this year but still have not received it and cannot get through to the company despite many attempts. Companies House website states Dibor (UK) Ltd is in liquidation.

Ordered at beginning of January and the money was taken from my account very quickly. My goods did not arrive and I called to be told that one item was not in stock but that they could dispatch the other 2 items seperately. I have actually received the two items, but the missing item is still to materialise. Can't get through on phone anymore and e-mails ignored. Very disappointing and will not use this company again.

I don't know what is happening with this company. I ordered some items a few weeks ago which have not arrived. Have phoned several times a day and sent emails but have no replies and the telephone is always busy! Does anyone know what is going on - this is dreadful customer service

I believe they may either have gone into liquidation or having a cash flow crisis. I have a credit note with them going back to last August, which I've tried to use during January and I've had the same problems as everyone else, phone lines continually engaged (called approx 3 times a day for 2 weeks), no answer to e-mails (3 sent so far). Thought I would try and order on the internet to see if this would be allowed, this seemed to be working, at least you get to the point where you can pay, which I didn't. I would suggest not using this company until someone answers a phone there!

I'm still waiting for over month for my £70 refund, I have called everyday about ten times for the past two weeks.
I email everyday twice and have had no response.
I have now contacted my bank to try and get a refund that way.
Do NOT order from them you wont get your item and you wont be able to get hold of them.
From the sounds of it this company don't do refunds.
They must have gone bust!

The purchase I made from Dibor has not arrived. Have tried calling approximately twenty times with no luck as the lines are always engaged. Have also sent three emails with no response received. Absolutely appalling service - had I read the Dibor reviews prior to buying, I would have avoided this company like the plague.

I think they've gone bust or have no regard for customer service.

Ordered item on 17/1 and can't get through on phone or had any response to numerous emails.

Have just emailed my.deco.com to bring to their attention as I founf them on their website.

Have also spoken to Trading Standards who don't seem to want to do anything but have given advice about writing a letter (but no idea what their address is!)Also suggested to contact bank to see if they offer a debit charge back scheme to claim money back.

I run my own on-line business and this sort of thing is so damaging to those of us who pride ourselves on good customer service.

This company is a disaster, no idea if they are still in business.

Ordered some furniture a few weeks ago, cannot get through on the phone, no response E - Mailing through their website and E - Mailing their customer services directly produces an invalid E - Mail address response.

Don''t order anything from them.

I have been trying to contact Dibor for a week by phone and email. They owe me £33. All I get on the phone is a message saying the phone is being used. I have attempted approximately 30 times. I have emailed three times but as yet have had no reply.
I am no longer sure if the firm is still working. The web site is still advertising and presumably will accept money over the internet. This is very worrying as they are uncontactable.

Never order from Dibor the worst EVER customer service.
I ordered three weeks ago was told it would be delivered by the end of the week then it was changed till feb then till march.
I asked for my money back and was told it would go in my bank account by the end of the week at the latest.
I sill have no refund and no one answers the phone or returns my call!
Will I ever get my money back??? Who knows

still waitiing for my order which I ordered on the 4th of December after many phone calls and excuses still waiting, am on the phone to them now and surprise surprise no answer! I wished I had read the reviews first would never have ordered from them. Will never again.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Told me that they could deliver on a Saturday then once I had paid for it told me they don't do Saturday delivery for my item. Two months later I still don't have the item and I have to keep hassling them. Never ever again!!

I ordered a lamp at the begining of august which i was told was in stock and dibor took my money. 3 weeks later i recieved a letter saying i would only receive it early to mid september. It didnt arrive and after several phone calls from me and excuses from dibor i cancelled it last week - 2 months after ordering and paying for it!!! I will neither order from or reccomend dibor. Very dissapointed.

I ordered some cutlery from Dibor in the middle of August and have still not received them! I also ordered some cushions 2 weeks ago and again despite many promises they have not arrived. I have had many varied excuses, the most common being it was too late to get on the delivery van. Yesterday I was guaranteed delivery today and today I have been told that they are guaranteed for next Monday because, despite being in the warehouse on Tuesday and being told that they would be put on the van yesterday, they still managed to miss the collection! If they do not arrive I will be cancelling the order on Monday. This service is just not good enough!
