Recently Ordered some Sandals for my sisters wedding. Needed to get them quickly as its taking place abroad but wrong ones delivered. I called them up and explained what happened, but they insisted they had to be posted back before replacements were shipped out. The friendly gentleman on the phone explained it was free to post them back (as it should be!) and how. I returned some shoes that I decided I didn't want anymore, also as the material was damaged. I returned them on the 23rd March and its now the 3rd April. I have contacted them many times via email and phone to ask if my refund was being processed and no one has got back to me. I'm now in a dispute with them and PayPal are trying to get by money back. I ordered boots which arrived in the timescale stated. However on opening the parcel the had sent the incorrect boots. I returned them on 24th Jan and it is now 8th Feb and still no refund. I have had e-mail contact saying that a refund will be generated within 7-10 days of the parcel being received. I have proof of postage and am awaiting their reply in response to this. The company are not keen to provide a refund. Once they have your money they want to keep hold of it. Do Not Use This Site. (read more)

Noticed all the bad reviews after I'd placed my order so was a little nervous about my item! However I must say I'm actually impressed - delivery wasn't Next Working Day BUT i did order over Christmas/New Year so that was expected. I bought some boots which were only £25 and look at least twice that price. Delivery was on the timeframe they said. They have a next day delivery service which i was impressed with with parcels and for the price and combined shipping. You get what you pay for...you can not expect high quality shoes for 30 pounds! Would definetly recommend. (read more)

I am concerned I might be the latest victim in this criminal establishment, I received the shoes, which were to an appalingly poor quality there were glue marks. I concede the shoes are fairly cheap but I am not trying to let the world know that I can only afford cheap shoes. Rapidly sent the shoes back on the 31st June, it is now the 16th and I have not been refunded, despite several emails. Very poor customer service. Would I recommend to a friend?? I ordered some boots which arrived quickley but...they were not the boots i ordered.sent them back the same day and heard nothing so Emailed 7 days later and got a automated response.id asked for an exchange for the boots id ordered,repeatedly phoned and get a message this mail box is full.still no boots after 10 working days.my advice is dont touch this site with a barge poll! they send the wrong item so you return it then take your money and run.you have been warned. I have ordered about 4 pairs of really nice shoes and have been pleased with them. The last time I ordered shoes however they didnt suit me so I decided to return them. I returned them on the 3rd of January 2012- it is now the 16th and I have had NO email confirmations on anything. I emailed them 5 days ago- no response. Was recommended to SoYouShoes Website and i Loved the site. It was actually really simple to use which i loved as i dont do Online shopping very often. The shoes i really wanted were not available so i contacted them via e-mail. I was responded to very quickly considering previous experiences with companies and they were helpful. The style of shoes were restocked the next day including the size 6 i wanted.
I used standard delivery as i wasn't in a rush for the shoes but they arrived 2 days...

Ordered a pair of military boots 1st December. Had no verification e-mail, although on the site it states that they have been shipped. Checked with my bank and they confirmed that payment had been taken. Have been calling customer services for three days with the same automated message'mailbox full'. Have e-mailed but received no reply. As for the live help that the site offers,on-one is ever there. Non existent customer service. Will e-mail again and keep my fingers crossed for some form of... I found this review very helpful because I have had exactly the same experience with Soyoushoes. I ordered a pair of shoes on 30th November via Amazon. Did get an email saying they had dispatched them but they have not been delivered. Have emailed twice and had no reply, even though on the site it states they expect to reply within 1-3 hours. I too tried the customer help number only to hear the "mailbox full" statement. What a useless customer service department. Beginning to think they just take the money and never deliver the shoes.

So now I am still waiting, the worst part is I brought the 50p insurance but still cant get my money back or my boots!!! waste of time, s*** website. especially if you need the shoes for a certain time!!! Bought a pair of shoes for my girlfriend on the 3rd of November and it turned out they were a size to small. the first time they had been dilevered was great and the shoes themselves are pretty good. So, i decided to tick the box on the form and sent them back to get the next size up. This was on the 6th of November, and im still waiting for any kind of sign of the return.

I ordered once from Soyoushoes a while back, and couldnt shut up about it, cause I thought it was amazing service. However, recently, they have been unable to do ANYTHING right. I had never heard of soyoushoes until i saw some of their shoes in Closer magazine. I took a look at their website at its amazing. It was clear and really easy to use. The range of shoes and prices are better than all the shops and websites that i normally visit, and postage was free! This is worrying, but i have looked at there website and it says 7-10 working days for returns. if you posted them on the 23rd then only 7 working days have passed! don't forget the recent Bank holiday!
