I booked Ace entertainment for my Daughters 5th birthday party. They agreed to be at the venue for 11am. They did not show till 11:20 and when you only have two hours it is a long time. The bouncy castle did not go up till 11:35 when most of my party guess had already arrived. When Roy (the owner) had ask me if everything was ok and for payment i mention that i could of done with him twenty mins earlier and pointed out that he was late. Well that was it.
