A very, very poor experience. Ordered two lamps in late February 2011. Credit card debited immediately. On enquiry three weeks later was informed that Perry Perry have "no idea" when lamps are likely to ship. Requested an immediate refund for which I am still waiting. And to top it all off, I have found the identical product at less than half of Perry Perry's price.

I purchased a clock from PerryPerry and I must say that their customer service skills, communication, the quality and condition of the clock were all excellent.
I dont know why they have so many bad reviews.........Could be rival companies trying to run them down. Trouble with these review sites, anyone can write a bad review about a company!

I ordered a fatboy beanbag from this site as a christmas present 3 weeks ago which has still not arrived!!! The customer servise is extremely poor and have managed now to get my money back. I have recently found that they no longer stock fatboys which would explain why I did not receive it! Do not use this website very very poor!

I stumbled on this site far too late in the day to be warned off Perry Perry and I have to agree. It all looks very good but as soon as you've bought something all the holes start appearing underneath!
I find it interesting that they only two positive remarks come from people who have bought high value items, perhaps customer service is an add on that you pay extra for?! These people want your money in their pockets and they don't seem to care about anything else.
Anyone else thought of writing to Watchdog??

I ordered a garden set in Rattan, the product was good value for money, the company was great, service and contact excellent, delivered within 3 days, one piece was missing but arrived the next day.

I ordered a Fatboy bean bag three weeks ago and I have still not received it. Phoned them up after 5 days and said it was on its way but nothing. Now when you phone you just get an answer machine and I can't contact them any other way as they have just a PO Box.
I thought the price was too good to be true and it is. Don't buy from these people - they are rip off merchants and I'm having to get my money back through the credit card company.

I know the people behind this company personally and suffice to say I wouldn't buy anything from them under any circumstances.

Having priced matched this clock on Amazon (£42.65 inc Delivery) I emailed perryperry customer service who state on their website they will price match any items online or in a shop and refund the difference also. Had a reply back saying they will price match. I called the customer service, picked up by a very inexperienced girl (becky)who passed it to the manager. He then said he will price match the clock and let me off delievery but will not refund the difference and that I had read the website incorrectly.
A complete waste of time. Best stick to amazon and other trusted websites.
The company is shambolic and will not honour their own price promise. Tells you what type of company they are I guess.
Buy with caution.

Buy beware! Poor customer service and false offers at PerryPerry.com
After full research I decided to purchase my Fatboy Beanbag from PerryPerry.com because they offered the cushion at a good price along with free delivery and a free gift. I checked the details of the offer with the PerryPerry's customer service and was informed that the offer was indeed available and true. I placed my order as a gift for my family. The order was taken and confirmed and I expected to take delivery of the item. A few days before the item was due to arrive I received an email to say that they were now unable to offer free delivery to my area - despite having informed me via email that they were able to deliver free to my area etc. I telephoned to try and speak with someone at the company and got their machine constantly and no-one bothered to call me back. As my family were expecting the gift I decided to pay for delivery but emailed them to express my discontent at their lack of customer service and the false claims made on their site. I heard nothing from them. The cushion finally arrived - 2 weeks late! - with no free gift and no apology from the company. The product (beanbag) is a great product but buying one from PerryPerry.com is a total nightmare.
