“I had Aqua in my house to get pool quotes in February...”

I had Aqua in my house to get pool quotes in February and during the initial meeting we explained that we would be getting a loan to pay for the pool as most people do. The sales Rep (Dave) said "no problem, I can give you our special pricing which is 12% off the price of the pool" When he came back two days later with the proposal, the price had risen $7,000 from what he initially said and NO SPECIAL. He said that since I was financing the pool they wouldn't give me the special.
