I placed an order and my credit card was charged pretty quickly even though PPC Supplies did not have the ordered product in stock. I did not receive the product. I telephoned and e-mailed several times. After about five weeks I indicated that I wanted to cancel the order and be refunded. PPC Supplies said that the refund would show up on my card in a few days. It is now over four months since I placed my order and yet I have received no refund. (read more)

Ordered 30 October, still waiting for goods almost 1 month later. I've left VM's, sent e-mails, spoken to lady there who said they were out of stock but promised I would get a call back or e-mail by the end of the day - heard nothing. Money taken from account immediately at point of order.
I've ordered from them once before and goods arrived no problem - will not be using them again!

PPC took £105 immediately on 10 Sep, 3 failed delivery dates and nearly 10 weeks on I am still trying to get a refund. Credit card refund now in progress. The same as other reviews, many phone calls and e.mails, Fred Walker fobs off with promise of a refund and then ignores calls and e.mails.
AVOID any dealings with this rogue and if you are finding this site too late, like myself, report your problems to trading standards. Hopefully enough reports may stir some action from them

On most occasions when you phone you obtain an answering machine and email or messages are never answered.

The lady who answered the phone said it was out of stock and called yesterday again and got confirmation that goods were just re-stocked and I will recieve the dilevery today. No delivery turned up. They ignore e-mails, phone calls, registered letters etc. I have now reported them to my local Trading Standards and would urge everyone else to do the same. I am at a loss to know how this company is still trading. I placed an order from PPC Supplied I was charged £6.50 for next day delivery and the items took 7 days to arrive. I ordered and paid for three items, I received only one so I emailed the company and heard nothing. I also left a message on their answer phone and they have failed to contact me regarding my missing items. It seems their customer service is non existent. I was about to give up and ask for a refund but tried one last time. I phoned and explained the problem. I was put through to someone called Andrew Walker. I ordered a number of items and all but one of the items arrived next day. However one item costing £18 was apparently out of stock the sales receipt showed that it was to follow. After 5 calls to them and emails I am still waiting nearly two month later. When I get through to them, most times it is an answer machine, they say they will dispatch it but it does not come. Do NOT buy from PPC Supplies. They had major IT problems a while back and lost a load of orders and I don't think they're coping very well with refunding people or any form of customer service for that matter. Send a letter asking for a refund in 30 days. Templates are available online for a letter that refers to the Distance Selling Act.

This company treats its customers disgracefully. I spent over £33 with them, but when my order arrived it was incomplete. Every time I phone I'm promised it'll be put in the post. After failing to arrive on several occasions, I asked for the manager. He said he would personally post the item out to me, and I'm still waiting over a week later. I have phoned at least seven times now, and it's obvious they have no intention of supplying me with what I paid for.

7 weeks ago I ordered a flea trap online from ppcsupplies. Still haven't received it despite numerous phone calls and emails. They are just robbing thieves!! I've got to contact my credit card company for a refund.
Wish I'd known they were fraudulent before I'd paid online. They took my money straight away though.

I found this review very helpful because... Loads of people are having this exact same problem, They must be way in over their heads and everytime the phone is left ON the hook - its another complaint... best go straight to the credit card company with this lot of losers.

Have rang around 20 times and only spoken to someone twice he told me both times he would make sure items were received next day. Still waiting. No one answers phone no one replies to email. They take your money immediatley. I have written to them to ask for full refund and still not heard anything.
