My own personal journey to what I now recognise as the unusually smooth elegance of this particlar Cabernet Sauvignon - and I'm now 89 - began 10 years ago. The Cardiac Consultant who then was responsible for the fitting of the artificial heart valve that's still saving my life subsequently ended every appointment with "Don't forget, half a bottle of red wine (preferably a Cabernet Sauvignon and from Chile) a day".
