Decided to phone customer services on the Friday afternoon, they promised me a call back, which I received within about 20 minutes. I had a great experience with e-shopBrokers in that I ordered two fujitsu 2.5" hard drives and when I got them I realised that Fujitsu servers need a hard drive 'cage' so I was stuffed. I had three choices in that I could send the server back to eBuyer (where I had bought it) and get another, try and get a cage from eBuyer or return the 2.5" drives and get 3.5" from eShopbrokers.
