“Bad customer relations”

HAWKE SCOPES, POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS" I have owned a Hawke scope for a couple of years and only used it once until recently and found the scope faulty. Returned to Deben and they said warranty invalid as a screw had been tampered with. What a load of tosh, never touched scope in that way. Going through trading standards and for Independant inspection. This is the third Hawke i have owned and I must say non of the scopes have been fantastic. Save your money and go for a better make.... i actually got this scope for free of a friend as my first ever scope which i mounted on my cz varmint .22 rf a few years ago. i still have the scope today. the price new for this model is around £200 i think. i have the 6-18x52 version non illuminated.

good points: solid design, nothings broken, been dropped, hunting, used most weeks.if you like the tactical look it has that going on.

bad points: optics quality not so good at high mag. moa clicks to easy to accidently change.fairly large... (read more)
