Cannot give 5 stars as my order, on the whole, was fine, except for one item which was badly marketed, and the package it was in had to be opened with scissors therefore it cannot be returned as I understand. Seems they are not aware of the use of this item and that it is misleading to the customer. I would say very little information or advice is given on a lot of the products they sell. So they need to be more informative to really grab the UK market

I've only purchased from Love Makeup once and after reading reviews I was a little nervous, but I couldn't be happier! Placed the order on the Thursday 29th and it had arrived NYE which was the following Saturday.. two days later!! I saw where the package was from and couldn't believe it! Items were correct and in perfect condition. The website is a bit basic but easy enough to navigate. I can't comment on their communication as I haven't had to contact them but what I can say is that I will definitely be purchasing from their website in the future

purchased a large amount of makeup from them at the beginning of june. 20th june, still no sign of it arriving. I have sent 5 emails asking for an update - no response. I have also tried calling twice - no answer. I logged the problem with the paypal resolution centre and within two minute I received an email stating "order cancelled"!! however, still no refund received. I have now escalated it to paypal so hopefully will get my refund soon. this company is a total disgrace!

I ordered a Lime Crime lipstick which I desperately wanted by the next day for a night out I had planned so I paid the extra (£6.99) for next day delivery. As it was 9am on a Thursday that my order was placed, I should have received it by the end of Friday but it didn't turn up, I was very disappointed and sent an email to them but thought oh well, if it comes on Saturday morning I might get wear out of it on Saturday night...still no sign of it on the Saturday either! Or a reply from them regarding my query. Very poor service and I will not recommend this site to anyone or purchase from it again.

I bought the Sigma blusher brush from Love Makeup and was pleasantly surprised by the professional quality of this brush for the price.

I am a trained makeup artist and would recommend this brush to anyone. In fact I am going to order some more as they have 30 different styles in stock of the Sigma range and loads of other top brand makeup to choose from including NYX cosmetics. Really fast delivery, and they let you know as soon as they post your order. So good service too.

Ordered lots of makeup, including lipsticks, powder, mascara. There is a section on the website which told me that the postage would only be £2.95 regardless of what I had so I rather pushed the boat out and ordered some for friends as well. It arrived almost immediately and I am very pleased with both the products and service and so would recommend to all.

This website has an excellent product range, the NYX amongst others is brilliant value for money. It arrives when it says it will at a good shipping price. I will definately continue to use for sure!
