I have been ordering from them for quite few times and they have been delivering on time. Once I ordered in 2011 and the parcel didn't arrive, so dropped an email to them and the customer service advisor came back to me with the estimated days of delivery. In the end, I received the goods within 3 working days. I compared websites and this one came up as a first company who do the product cheaper to other companies. Will recommend it to anyone who is interested in buying dermalogica product.

I have been buying from Beauty Flash for just over a year after being let down by another online supplier of Elemis products. They have a great range of products especially Dermalogica and all at very reasonable prices. Both sites (the authorised Dermalogica store and the sister site selling other beauty and hair brands) are attractive and very user friendly. One of my favourite things about this site is that you are given the option of choosing free Dermalogica samples which is a great way of testing out products before you buy them. I had an issue last year when I had bought the wrong item as a gift for someone. The friendly customer service advisor sorted out my replacement in plenty of time for Christmas and it was no trouble at all. Great site wouldn't buy from anywhere else!

The Beauty Flash website is clear and well organised. As along standing Dermalogica fan I am impressed with the information available and the range of products stocked. As an authorised UK Dermalogica retailer you can be sure that the items you buy will be in date and also, importantly, genuine. I placed an order yesterday around lunch-time and my item arrived today less than 24hrs later. This is impressive service as my order qualified for free shipping so I was expecting delivery to take a few days at least. Whilst other large online hair & beauty retailers have certainly gone off the boil (you will find plenty of evidence of this here on Review Centre) Beauty Flash continues to provide a first class service. Fantastic service. A friend recommended this site to me when i told her i needed to replace all of my Dermalogica products. They can be hard to find on the high street and are fairly expensive. As i needed to place a fairly large order i was somewhat skeptical about ordering the lot from a website. However the products were slightly cheaper than on the high street, i received my choice of free samples, because my order was over £75 i received free next day delivery, and my products did indeed arrive at work the next day. Did exactly what they said they would the would - can't fault the service and love the free samples (although i don't think my bank balance will as i expect they will result in me purchasing more products...)
