The product (a rain cover for a Baby Jogger buggy) was described as if it was an authentic branded product but turned out to be a 'compatible' item. When I contacted the company to complain they were rude and unhelpful. I had to pay to return the fake product before I could get my refund. I'll never buy from this outfit again. (read more)

I e-mailed with details of a car seat I had seen on another site for less and as you can get Nectar points from Kiddies Kingdom site, thought I would send the details for their price match offer. I got a mail back saying that the other site had it in clearance and on special offer. What a load of utter rubbish! There's not a mention anywhere on the other site of this being the case. What a total con. They've lost my custom. (read more)

The best shopping experience i have had to date. Salute to Imran in customer services. Needed an urgent buggy before going on Holiday, Called Thursday at 4:30. The cut of time for ordering was 3, but what a very generous offer Imran had made, to take the buggy before leaving the office and personally dropping it off at the depot. Prompty arrived on Friday at 9:30am. WOW! You have won my business for life, and i have told everyone that i know to buy baby stuff from here! Thank you. (read more)

Purchased from kiddie kingdom for the first time. Tried calling before ordering to confirm colour and size of shelf but no response on the telephone. Received shelf and not as advertised so as per returns policy I emailed them to request a return. The email I received back was so rude. Basically accusing me of not confirming colour of item via telephone in advance and then saying I should have bought whole nursery collection if I wanted to ensure the shelf matched my furniture. saw a pushchair that i really liked and phoned kiddies kingdom for a price match and the 15 per cent off the difference, as they quote on their literature. was told to sent an e/mail and that they would get back to me the same day. they didn,t. i phoned them 3 times and was told that they would call back. i think it was an asian call centre too. it.s now 5 days later and no contact. please don.t waste you.re money phoning them as they do not respond, or honor their advert to price... I requested a VAT reclaim as I live in the Channel Islands, they sent me an initial acknowledgement email saying they would get back to me and after several 'chasers' still no response. They have basically made an extra £21 from the purchase! I am more upset about the customer services or lack of than the money but of principle I would never use them again. Sorry! (read more)

Ordered over the phone with a very helpful chap. Loved the highchair to bits... Kiddies Kingdom was the cheapest, product video was great for me to understand the product before purchase. Got an SMS the following morning after the order, with a 1 hour timeslot & asked me if i wanted to REARRANGE also, can you believe it!! Items were delivered in the specified hour. Fantastic Service! This has to be one of the best online shopping experiences I've ever had. I found the range of products to be very good, the website is well set out and easy to use and the prices are some of the lowest online I found.
I placed my order quite late in the afternoon on the 6th April (4pm) and I received regular email updates giving me details of the progress of my order.
I needed to contact Kiddies Kingdom customer services twice, once by email and once by phone and both times my queries...
