I ordered a 4 piece Baby Bordeaux nursery set on March 3rd 2017 and paid £899 via PayPal. The product is advertised still (even now) on their website as in stock pre-order in March. I called the company 2 weeks ago to see if I could select a time & date slot for delivery. I was told that all they can say is that the nursery set will be with me within the first couple of weeks in May. A week later after recieving no emails at all, I rang again. “Appalling Service”

I'm very unhappy with this company. Ordered a travel system almost a month ago delivery indicated for early April 2017 still not delivered, I'm having to chase Kiddies Kingdom as baby due anytime now and will need the car seat when we leave hospital. The company does not bother to advise customers or advise of any delays or issues. They have not responded to my emails - I've had to keep ringing for updates. Supply and delivery management worst I have ever come across. Their next day delivery promise is a lie. Cancelled on me three times so far and to make it worse they cancel on the delivery date so you get no warning. Reason is that one of the items is out and instead of delivering others on time or letting me know they just keep on pushing back delivery with last minute notice. I bought a buggy (Joie Mirus Scenic Stroller-Cherry) from them and the first time we went out for a walk it started to make a rattling noise. I contacted them straight away and it took them 10 days to get back to me just to say that they had to contact the manufacturer. More than another week after they get back to me saying that they had to send it to the manufacturer and that I had to pay £20 for the collection! Ordered a new car seat for my child in good will on the basis of a competitive price and free next day delivery. Ordered off the website no problem and I received an email to confirm my order. The item was not delivered next day and the couriers contacted me to state my anticipated delivery dates was the next day. We placed an order back in January and had to chase them twice before we received all our goods. We were told they were out of stock but we was not told this at the time of placing order. However in the grand scheme of problems we have had with them that is just small. Our major problem was regarding our pram. I was meant to receive a free Chicco mattress with my crib, and it's some unknown brand... They said the RRP is £40, how can it be the same as a Chicco branded mattress? I purchased an Izziwotnot cotbed with under drawer for £400 about 3 weeks ago. The item did arrive OK and in good time, but upon assembly one of the bolts was bent. Im having exactly the same issue! Did your order arrive? I ordered a car seat on 9th may and despite them emailling me several deliceey dates none have come through. Ive emailled twice, sent facebook messages and had no reply. Like you i called twice and waited ages to just speak to someone who told me my delivery would be today. Its 12.30pm and no delivery yet. My daughter no longer fits in her carseat and i ordered this next day delivery! Ive also stayed in the house 3 seperate days not to miss a delivery that never comes. Its very annoying! I wont use again.

Good value attracted me to Kiddies Kingdom when looking for "Slumber Buddies" night lights for my new twin grandsons. Admittedly it was getting closer to Christmas (21st December), but with next day delivery should be OK.
