Dreadful company. They didn’t turn up on the arranged day. When they did come, they fitted the door but as soon as it rained, water came pouring into my newly plastered kitchen. After many, many phone calls, someone came out, said that it had been fitted incorrectly and pumped ordinary sealant over the top. Needless to say, it still leaked and despite many more phone calls to the receptionist who said someone would call me, nobody ever did. Had to pay someone else to fix the door.

Dealt with an adviser who made and fitted double glazed leaded windows to our house. Was very pleased, had a minor problem with one window and they returned immediately and sorted it out. Will definitely use again. Tim A

Totally unfounded we tried to resolve this problem with this customer,she fails to tell people that she ordered the glass direct and asked us to fit it which we agreed to,only to be told it was the wrong glass so we are not quite sure how she put this down to our company,she was told that she could reorder the glass where the cost was down to her as it was her mistake in the first place,there's no pleasing some people,so she decided to write this ridiculous reveiw can we wish her a happy new year

Channel Glazing is an absolutely shocking company. Their customer service is disgusting. The receptionist constantly talks to other people whilst on the phone to you. They promise things that will never be done. The doors they fitted are nothing but trouble and they are very quick to place blame on something else. I never receive any communication back from them. Its just plain rude. Never use them you will only end up with a lot of unnecessary stress!

If you order glass from this firm , please check every detail . As I had order a patterned glass which was very expensive and when being put in I found it was wrong , someone had ordered the wrong one . When speaking to the owner I found him VERY RUDE and just SHOUTED AT ME done ,I then ask what he would do and his words to me where " he would order the right ones only if I paid anther £100 which I did not have . Needless to say I will never recommend this firm . One a good note the fitter was very good and apologised for his boss . I am still very upset by the hole experience

I had several quotes to replace the windows on my flat and Channel Glazing was by far the cheapest. They did a good job and I was pleased with the windows. I have had no problems with the windows at all. The only difficulty I had was getting a Guarentee Certificate - I had to chase them up for it with several phone calls before they finally sent it to me. In the event I never needed the guarentee becasue the windows are fine.

Very unprofessional.I've been trying to get a price for around three weeks now.everytime I call I'm promised I will get a call back shortly with the quote.ive given up now after 3 weeks and after reading the reviews on the internet.

I would never use channel glazing again or refer any1 to them they are rogue traders they have a book of excuses they take your money fit cheap parts and have no after service

A good percentage of windows of our newly built house had to be repaired after less than a year because they were not properly installed and it became impossible to open them. It is very hard to get ANY appointment with Channel Glazing, they are very likely not to show up without any notice and if they do show up they will not bring the right or any spare parts at all and leave your house without any improvement. Afterwards the whole game starts again. Our windows are still broken after a year of trying to get Channel Glazing to fix them.

Channel Glazing Brighton installed a panel of 8 balcony doors in our newly built Penthouse. Since then we have had nothing but problems with the doors and the company. The doors were not installed properly, there were wheels missing to keep them on rails, when it's windy they blow open about 5cm, letting in cold air & even rain.
Channel Glazing has known about this for 8 months now, their service & attitude is shocking! After ordering the wrong parts TWICE(!) the guy who was supposed to repair the doors just left a post-it note saying he couldn't fix it. Since then I have rang them about 10 times trying to get them to repair their mess, no luck so far.
Be warned, while looking ok before you buy anything off them, they couldn't care less about their mistakes. Worst contractors I have ever dealt with.
