The training my rescue dog from Greece has received at Royvon has been amazing. To see the difference in Zeus whilst being trained was wonderful, I only hope I can keep up the excellent work. So a big thankyou to all at Royvon Merthhr Tydfil and Zeus will be returning for his holidays later in the year, because I know that he had top professional care and attention in his three weeks training. My lurcher Loki has stayed at Royvon twice and on both occasions has had a wonderful time. I have used other kennels in the past but have never had the peace of mind like when I leave him at Royvon. Loki stayed in the presidential suite on a 4 star package. The room is fantastic and I was able to check in on Loki using the webcam whenever I wanted to. The staff are wonderful and from the pictures I have seen of Loki's stay, he was outside playing with the other dogs almost all day. It is... (read more)

We sent our two dogs to Royvon for the 4-star, 3-week training course. Both needed obedience training, and one was over-excitable and boisterous with other dogs as he hadn't been socialised before we got him as a young rescue dog. One week after their return to us we are very pleased with the results. The dogs are not only obedient (we work on it every day) but also calmer and less barky. Geraint, the trainer of our dogs, was enthusiastic and helpful and has done a first class job. He has... (read more)

Just like to say that both my 2 dogs stayed for only 24 hours and the help and attention to detail of all the Staff were more than helpful. The staff were all attentive to my dogs needs and we went for the 4 star package and since they have returned home are very tired and it must have been the longest and most energetic day they have experienced. Will definitely be bringing my dogs there in the future and would like to thank Becky for giving me a tour of all the facilities and what is... (read more)

I had never heard of Royvon, until friends told me about it via facebook! I wanted Blade to have some 5* treatment as it was to be a trial, for when we are away on holidays. Although we initially got lost on the way (which is very easy for me) I was impressed by the amount of land and friendliness of the staff, who made a huge fuss over Blade. Although, fairly expensive, Blade stayed in the Dog Hotel, in the Waikiki Wing and was treated like a rock star, even though his behavior was like a... (read more)

We took Macsimus to Royvon Merthyr for puppy classes and as a result we built up a relationship with the guys there. We use the Daycare facility and the grooming and we are always happy with both. They know how we are with Macs and we know that Macs is in good hands with them. He obviously enjoys it there as he pulls me all the way down (the only time I allow him to!!) and is always happy when he comes home (and tired from all the playing!). At first, the thought of putting my puppy Maisie in a kennel really unnerved me. Not knowing what she was up to, how well she's being looed after and most importantly, whether or not she'd feel happy and safe away from home. So as soon as I saw the Hotel option, I knew that it was something we had to try.
