“Brilliant - the most user friendly shopping cart I've...”

I must say that having tried to set up an online store several times with different companies, this has been by far the easiest and most versatile and the support you've given has been second to none. Your bulk upload spreadsheet is also the most logical one I've seen too and although I haven't uploaded anything from it yet, I feel confident that it will work when I do. It's so good I'm also very tempted to set up another site for my husband's company. (read more)

I previously worked with Absolute design a few years ago and I was really impressed back then. As a result, I decided to come back again to launch my new business. They guys have been so great and my business partner is really impressive with the fast service. I am not technical at all yet they are able to understand my vision. After reviewing many shopping carts I finally decided upon the Absolutecart not only because it was hands down the best but also because they guys and girls at Absolute and continually developing new features to their system so you are not getting a stale old cart. “Brilliant system with fantastic support”

This ecommerce software is the best I have used, I found it really easy. They had recently done a big upgrade and I have to say that for me nothing else I have used compares with the Absolute system ( and i have used just about all of them). Far better than the american stuff and any of the UK based solutions.The support is brilliant, they even did some free design work for me on my logo which they updated and changed the colours for me in photo shop. “Brilliant system with great support”

I have been with Absolute Shopping Cart for the past 12 months and whenever I have to contact these guys they have always been helpful and friendly. I had loads of questions about how to optimise my wesbite for the search engines,and to be honest I began to feel a bit cheeky about the amount of times I was calling asking the same stuff over and over but they did not seem to mind at all. I mostly spoke to Matt who is really helpful - I'd give him 6 stars if I could! (read more)

I've been with Absolute for years and always enjoyed the ease of use the system brings. We defected to Magento a few years ago and hated it in comparison to Absolute. We have to sites, one for our national offices to order supplies from us at head office and another for the public. All work really well and Andy and Luke have always gotten back to me when there have been questions despite what other comments here say. “Absolute....Absolutely terrible”

These people were keen to speak with me with a view to changing eCommerce solutions. Promises of further information never materialized and a customer service phone number that never answers when called. Further emails never replied to, causes great alarm bells....we won't be going with these people. It's a shame as the software looked really good. Unfortunately it is there loss. (read more)

I have used the absolute shopping cart for 3 years and would recommend it to anyone, in fact I often do! Unlike most website hosts, the team at Absolute are available to answer your questions at any time and they don't charge a £1 a minute - it's free! My company sells premature baby clothes and with the help of Absolute my website is No1 for all things prem in Europe! I started with a template shopping cart and as business improved upgraded to a custom built site, it was definitely money... (read more)

There customer service leaves a lot to be desired, never return calls or e-mails. System is good but they charge for updates. Apart from that is good value for money and a good system for selling products online. (read more)
