I'm new to VOIP and struggled to get things going. The VoiceHost team sorted me out with connection set up etc. I have been using the service for three months now and it has been faultless. I would not describe myself as a "power user" so have not accessed the more advanced features. I liked the "pay as you go" model, with no contracts. Like another reviewer here, I was on the tesco Internet phoine service when they, not making massive profits obviously, decided to unilaterally close down their service. Not only that but the telephone numbers went with them but the guys at Voicehost fought long and hard to get the numbers allocated to their company and despite obstacles put in their way, even by OFCOM, got the numbers. I have had my tesco internet phone more or less since they first started it and it was brilliant until recently when the service started playing up a bit. When they announced that they were packing in I was gutted. I own 2 Siements DP450 base stations and 3 phones all tied to the Tesco network!
