“Stay away from Mainstay”

In my opinion, the other residents and I have suffered four years of misery dealing with Mainstay Residential. The residents of our block of flats applied to the LVT in 2010 for a determination of our issues. They decided it was not reasonable for them to make such high charges as part of the estate management. However they did also conclude that most of the individual items under the three service charge heads (apartment charges, car parking charges and estate charges) were not unreasonable... (read more)
