“CycloCamping Rocks!!!”

I just ordered a pair of Schwalbe Mondial tires, but the product service received was excellent. I have only done a couple hundreds miles on the tires but so far I am extremely pleased with them. They roll very well even on gravels, and the weight is good. The price @ cyclocamping was better than anywhere else, and shipping was free. I will definitely come back to them for my future touring needs! (read more)

I just received my Ortlieb bike packer, and so far it looks amazing. very well built, tons of room, and sexy look! shopping with cyclocamping.com was one of the best shopping experience I ever had. First they spent 1/2 hour on the phone with me explaining all the differences between all the panniers. I was very impressed by the knowledge of the sales rep. Then the order was shipped same day for free, and I received it 4 days later!!! seriously, what else can you ask! (read more)

“These folks were great and went above and beyond good...”

These folks were great and went above and beyond good customer service. We were planning a bike trip in Alberta Canada, and I was advised that they had the BEST bike map of the Canadian Icefield Parkways. It happened to be out of stock, but Steve was terrific to order it speedily and even split the mailouts! Thank you!.
For more drama..my friends bailed and I even had the gall to ask for a refund---and they did. Such a gem. (read more)

Delivered within weeks of ordering to South Korea. Fast efficient service - the goods inside are high quality, and i received sufficient support. The company is about cycle touring, and does exactly what it says on the tin. I would highly recommend anyone who's starting or thinking about doing a tour, to visit the website. Especially when in a foreign country - it helped us alot to to know we had one website with all of the things we needed. I have nothing in terms of dislikes.

Excellent website. Easy to navigate. High quality specialized products. I was excited to find this website specializing in bicycle camping (cyclocamping). The User Forum and "Tips and Tricks" were very informative. My bicycle camping experience is limited to the United States. However, it is obvious that the owners have extensive international experience and have selected specialized high quality equipment.
