I've recently had my windows fitted by sunbright. They were very helpful and by far the quickest service I have ever had. The surveyor was extremely polite and helpful, and gave me so much more knowledge on the product I was buying. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely outstanding. After a search enquiry on-line for Conservatory quotes the approach from Sunbright could not be faltered. Time taken to discuss the options was not rushed and good constructive advice was given. From start to finish, the service was great. Our Sales Consultant Julian gave us a very informative demonstration of the product, we needed windows and doors. He explained every thing to us and listened to wht we wanted to achieve with our window design. He explained the pro's and con's to us with certain designs, as we didn't allow for enough fire escapes! Updating a house can be stressful enough, so to find a company who prides itself on the products they sell as well as the service thay provide to the customer it is of hugh benefit to a homeowner. I think in our case he was too passionate and we didn't quite let him do his spiel... so he got annoyed. I am wondering if this company is the M&S of windows... same price as Everest and after a £5260 for 7 windows (triple glazing as the double was £4300) when we didn't seem overjoyed with the deal he left with something on the lines of \"If you don't have money to afford quality windows why are we talking... good bye I have windows to sell\"
He seemed to be very disappointed that we didn't jump up and grab the deal or let him gives us the same run as 4 previous companies did... not to mention that when I said we had 4 others and he was the 5th again he seemed annoyed by the fact that we wanted to shop around for the best deal.
I am afraid the rating will follow this won't be a 5 star one... product wise? yeah it look better than others but I didn't fall on my knees, triple glazing windows...

Your review sounds very encouraging. I'm currently thinking of adding an Edwardian conservatory in my garden myself, with self-cleaning blue-tint glass roof and a bi-folding doors of roughly 4.3m wide. I had a few companies come around to give a quote, and Extra's offer is quite competitve. I'm just not really sure about the quality of Bi-folding doors, since it's relatively quite new on the market. Would you please give any advise or reviews on your bi-fold doors after over a year's expereince on it? It will be very appreicated. Thank you very much!

Hi, I have to say, I love my bifold doors. When the summer comes and we open the whole front of the conservatory it's lovely to sit in the comfort of the conservatory with the light breeze the open front provides. it's also great for parties as it doesn't feel like people are walking in and out of the house as the open conservatory and the garden almost become one. I definitely wouldn't change to normal doors.

I obtained a couple of quotations for 10 new windows and Sunbright were the cheapest. Price is important although not as important as the service. The service from start to finish has been excellent and it was a refreshing experience not to have to put up with the usual sales talk/pressure sales etc and to deal with a friendly and genuine Company.
