Having waited two years for travel rules to be relaxed, my wife and I had saved hard to celebrate my 70th Birthday in Texas. Today, when trying to book seats on our flights it became apparent that we were not able to travel on our original flights. No-one from either Netflights or BA had attempted to inform us. It was left for ME to discover that our intended flights had been cancelled. After waiting 57 minutes for the call to be answered, NETFLIGHTS said they were sorry. Would I be able to travel a day earlier? What about the extra days car hire, hotel room? Netflights said it was not their policy to help with that. What about an upgrade on an agreed flight? Not their policy? What about a box of chocolates for my wife? Not their policy, not within their capability? Not their problem. We eventually agreed to fly to Heathrow on the original date but much later in the day and catch the flight to Austin,TX the following day. What about the hotel room at Heathrow? Not their policy? Contact BA for compensation. I will.

I have booked numerous flights with net flights. I sent them an email reminding them of this fact and I asked for a discount off my next flight. (To be booked this weekend) they failed to reply to my email. Not impressed. I will book with another company who is willing to reward loyal customers.

The price was fair but a shoddy airline and changes to flight times made the journey uncertain and unpleasant Food was awful. No internet - transatlantic and had to pay for it on USA trip. Unpleasant airline staff. Dreadful entertainment. Old aircraft - far away screen and sound wasn't working. Only plus was the reasonable price but would rather NOT fly with them again.

We had booked through netflights online to travel to the maldives on 31st March 2014. We had booked a great hotel 4* jacuzzi water villa for just short of 4000 for a week. We were very happy with this booking and price and we're looking forward to the most memorable time of our lives. 5 days later net flights called and explained that the holiday they had sold was not actually available and the resort was fully booked. They then offered us alternatives which we very low quality compared to our original booking and the options we gave them that would be suitable were described as not cost effective for their business as was more expensive than our original booking. We did however cancelled and get a full refund. But a week later they still had the hotel advertised in their website. Be weary with booking to avoid disappointment. We have now booked through away holidays and are very happy with the service and looking forward to our honeymoon

We travelled to USA for Xmas and had to change our booked outward flight because of schedule changes on internal US flights -all booked through Netflights - which meant we had to cancel outgoing leg but keep the return. In spite of several calls to them our original outward flight kept showing online. They told us this wasn't a problem and the airline told us Netflights had to cancel it. They did not and when we did not use the original outward flight the airline automatically cancelled our return as we had told Netflights they would do. We were stuck trying to check in on New Years day in the US with no flight! Netflights office was closed with no emergency contact number. Eventually the airline helped us and sorted us another flight at no extra cost - but took several hours and costly mobile phone calls. On return Netflights were entirely unsympathetic - sort of "well you got back didn't you?". We had used them before but will never use them again.

Service from net flights satisfactory but holiday bought not holiday received. Paid for 4* 5 bar 4 restaurants luxury hotel as described and allocated small one bar one restaurant - disappointing to say the least

I used Netflights as it was recommended to me by a friend, but I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone else. I tried to book a flight online and as I got to completing the booking after entering my card details, I was advised of a transaction error. I called Netflights to check if my booking went through and was informed that the flight was not available which is why my transaction failed. I asked why it is still displayed on the website and the response was that it takes between 8-9 hours for the site to be updated on the internet which is not an acceptable explanation taking into consideration the number of people that would be possibly be looking to book these flights. Why was I allowed to go ahead with the booking (including payment details) instead of being advised that this flight was not available before I went through the whole process? I saw another flight that I was interested and once again was advised that this particular flight wasn't available. I was given a quote for another flight which came at a higher cost. As I wasn't convinced, I went online and managed to book the flight I wanted. Unfortunately, with all the issues and frustrations earlier, I made a mistake with one of the names whilst booking the flights. When I called Netflights to explain my mistake, I was informed that I would be charged a 100% cancellation fee to change the name and have to re-book the flight again at a higher cost. I was very angry and disappointed and I think it is ridiculous that you can be charged a full cancellation fee for a mistake like that especially as the booking process was very unreliable. There was no understanding from Netflights considering the issues I experienced when booking the flights and this has ended up being a very expensive holiday. I am very disappointed with my experience with Netflights/Air Canada and will most certainly not be using their services or that in the future and will definitely not recommend them to anyone else.

I have used netflights many times, but my last experience is one not to be repeated. I tried to book a short break to New York on line, but difficulties with the website meant that I was contacted by phone. I was then told that the price shown on the website was not available by phone. After discussions netflights agreed to abide by the web price advertised. The flights & transfers were O.K. (apart from delays due to storms, which are not netflights responsibility). On arrival at the hotel we were told that there was no booking in our name & the hotel voucher was not valid. Fortunately they had a spare room, so we booked in & registered a credit card for the amount whilst it was sorted out. The outcome showed that we had been booked into a Comfort Inn in Michigan instead of New York! It was sorted & we were not charged any exptra, but it is an experience that I have no desire to repeat.

Avoid this company at all cost, I will never use them a again. Problems today in Heathrow, called Netflights for assistance because of cancelled flight, the girl didn't even know why flights were cancelled, couldn't help ''call the airline'' was the advice. Heathrow was/is a zoo, as the agent they have a duty of care to the customer. This company is part of Thomas Cook, the directors should be ashamed of the call centre and their attitude. In future, I will deal directly with the airline, it may cost a few pounds more, but I have never been let down by any of the major airlines when there has been a problem.

After returning from our holiday we found on our credit card statement that we had been charged for something from Alamo. As Netflights were our booking agent we asked them to look into it for us. After a couple of weeks we had notification from them to say that as they are 'just the agent' there is nothing they can do. So abiding by Netflights terms and conditions clearly is not worth the paper it is written on. And we still have not had a reply from Alamo...not happy!

I trawled the comparison sites for months to see who had the best deals for flights Quidco said Netflights were offering 2% cashback on sales, so I chose them as it would bring the cost of flights down a little more. Best prices coming up were US Airways, but a couple of days before Xmas I noticed that Virgin were doing a good deal which I was willing to pay a bit more for. Xmas day night,I chose the flights & entered card details to pay. All was authorised & went through, but an error message appeared. As it was Xmas night, no one to contact till 27th.I didn't know if I had booked & paid for flights or not. 27th I contact Netflights. No record of my booking or details. Payment hadnt been taken. By now, the Virgin prices had shot back up again. No explanation of why my details went through the system or what happened to the flights I chose. I decided to still book with Netflights for US Airways for the cashback. Everything went as planned with the US Airways flight, but 10 months after I paid for the flights, I am still waiting for £60 cashback from Netflights.

On my last flight to the USA I requested the ability to vary my return date; the price quoted by Netflights was cheaper than another quotes I received. When I tried to change my return date I was quoted the standard handling fee plus an additional fee to change my ticket type to one that would allow me to make the change. The additional fee was the difference between the Netflights quote and my other quoted price. I was not impressed.

I had booked my flight online through netflights. When there was a change of time on my return flight I was not informed about this. I found out that my flight time was changed through a cousin who booked same flight after I had already booked. Also I had booked vegetarian meals but they did not have this on their records and on my return flight they could not provide a vegetarian meal to me. Both my husband and son were on separate flights but their luggage was lost on their return flights. My son got his luggage after nearly 10 days and my husband received his in the evening of his arrival day.

Though the flight was good, and for some reason the airline changed my seats after check-in, separating my partner and I. The airline staff were helpful. I found netflight staff were not helpful when I made the original booking. There was an error with the date as I was unfamiliar with the website. I called for assistance to explain the error and the staff was not helpful. The staff kept saying it was my fault. Be careful, as the way the website is built so lousy that it changes the dates after you select them when you moving around your mouse to the next tab. The end result was extra fee charges plus agent fee charges. Not that obvious they were an travel agent from Thomas Cook as I would not have booked with them to start with. I spoke to the airliner and of course netflight fees were inflated more compared to the airline fees and not including the agent fees yet. Their airfare quote was £25 cheaper than the other quotes when I searched online but it end up costing us hundreds of pounds more in the end. I won't be booking with them again, even if they display their fees.

All I can say is make sure you read all the terms and conditions as they will revert to every single clause That is written there if you have a problem Beware if additional charges if you collect your car From one airport and drop off at another. Their invoice looks like You have paid everything to them but believe me you haven't Flight service excellent didn't try for travel insurance Don't see myself using them again

Easily booked online, but only found out that it was not Atol protected after bought and paid for, which is just wrong. Flights and tickets fine, but did it all online which is easy. Quite how you can advertise as atol protected and then not be is beyond me!

The price was vey good on the flight. Very careless on ticketing resulting in the names reversed on the non refundable ticket, not willing to help at all. In desperation I ended up ring Istanbul myself,Turkish Airlines were very understanding and put a note on my booking, so I had no problems checking in. Net flights could have the same thing but were not the slightest bit interested in helping, they said as the ticket was already issued, I would probably not be able to check in!! This caused me a lot of worry. Not impressed with the service is an under statement P.Cooper
