Booked BA flight to Mexico City and Aeromexico connecting flight to Puerto Vallarta and saved money by using Netflights rather than the alternative of booking with 2 airlines. One disappointment: the flight quoted online did not match the price quoted by operator - it was more expensive. He said the website was not up to date as seat prices change frequently. My trip to Dallas was great. Flights and service were excellent. Great price too! Only one hitch with Car Hire' so tip for other travellers, make sure you print out your full hire conditions or have access to them. So you are not sold something that Netflights already cover you for. Managed to get a refund of $60 dollars once I checked them. They provide a great car hire package,inclusive in their quotes!! On our return journey from Dubai we travelled with Air France and had to change at Paris Charles De Gaulle. My wife and I had 1hour 5min. to change flights which was do-ablle. i made a mistake with my date when booking i noticed it within 24 hours but when i conntacted net flights to change to the correct date they put £211 on to each passengers flightwhich added up to £844 if we had booked with the same airline direct they would have waverd the £844 they did not even try to contact the airline to try and solve this it took about 2 minutes to change the date wish i got £422 a minute at my work (read more)

NetFlights were very helpful, the employees were sensible and enthusiastic with our unusual travel plans, even though they had'nt any experience of the particular journey we were making to one of the Bahamian islands. There was a little confusion over our booking at Heathrow on our flight out. This is a little disconcerting when you have booked and paid over the Internet. However this was solved efficiently. Tried to book a "deal" to Las Vegas on the Netflights website, they took my money and cancelled the order saying they could not honor the booking as prices had "risen". Booked a holiday through netflights.com to Las Vegas next year, for a deal of £1106 for two for 12 nights. Then all of a sudden 10 minutes later it gets cancelled. So I wait till 9am when there customer service department opens to find the rudest people I've spoke too in my life. On the reviews other contributers have said the prices are good. -BEWARE. if you go into a Thomas Cook shop and they use Net flights (a Thomas Cook company)check the price you are quoted. I was assured by a Thomas Cook rep that Netflight prices quoted were the same as on the internet. I booked and then checked the price when I got home. Do not consider ever using this company. They are cheaper by £10s than other sites but if you value your sanity and days of your life then stay away. It just isn't worth the say £50 you could save on flights. American Airlines cancelled our flights, clearly not Netflights fault. From experience in working with numerous airlines, ALL travel companies will be charged if a name error occurs if the ticket has been issued. The airline charge the travel company to change this! - its either be more careful next time and spell your name right. Pay the £75 to change. Or refuse to pay and attempt to board the plane, knowing from experience that you will get refused boarding because it's not your name on the ticket.

When i discovered that my step-mother was going into Hospice two weeks earlier than expected, i assumed that changing my flight would be easy and that the customer service representatives would be understanding. I normally avoid these sorts of companies preferring to book directly with the airline. Now I remember why. I booked a return flight from Heathrow to Thailand (ticket valued at over £1100). I am not a happy flyer and the prospect of having to take the Bangkok to Koh Samui leg on a propeller aircraft scares me to death. I'm glad i read your review, and many others too ! which were not good at all. I was thinking about booking a flight with netflights,but alarm bells were ringing when they advertised the same airline (Virgin) twice going to the same destination (Direct) same dates, same times at different prices !!!
One was for £669.59 and the 2nd at £796.00. When I called netflights the agent told me that the most expensive ticket might be refundable and the cheaper one non refundable. I did not give him the above figures, then he gave me a quote over the phone ......... Wait for this .......... £810.00 refundable ticket, which made me more confused.
So I totally agree that anyone thinking of booking with NetFlights ADVOID ADVOID AT ALL COST. Book direct with the Airline you want to fly with.

I am so extremely upset with these crooks! Buyer beware! I spent nearly £3,000 on flights with these numbskulls and they had the audacity to try and charge me an additional £30 for a mistake that they made on a name on one of the tickets. Their little scam involves reading back the names quickly to try and get you to confirm a wrong spelling. Once they've succeeded at that, they charge you £80 to change it! Total agree with you what a scam, My son working in the states for the summer is finishing his contract 2weeks early. Tried to change his flights they want £600 pound for a one way ticket he said just so happen on that day the extra fuel cost and tranfer what a crock plus they keep you on hold 30 min at a cost £3.00. But i think watchdog need to hear about this netflight .com. and that's my next step

I had a terrible experience with Netflights. Firstly, they decided to re-schedule a return flight a week before departure. I had booked the flight almost 3 months ago. This caused my entire trip to fall into disarray as I was stranded for an extra 2 days in Bangkok. It isn't the travel companies who change the flights they have no control over scheduled changes. All they do is sell tickets. The airlines can change flights whenever they like unfortunately :(

Got great flight prices to Orlando in Jan sale. Found both customer service operators that I spoke to very nice and informative. They both emailed me documents when they said they would. Only one problem- advised to provide advance passenger info which I did and on checking BA website not all info had been passed on to the airline.This could have caused a problem boarding had I not checked BA passenger info. From experience in working with numerous airlines, ALL travel companies will be charged if a name error occurs if the ticket has been issued. The airline charge the travel company to change this! - its either be more careful next time and spell your name right. Pay the £75 to change. Or refuse to pay and attempt to board the plane, knowing from experience that you will get refused boarding because it's not your name on the ticket.
