I am truly delighted with the Chesterfield Queen Anne Wing Chair I have just had delivered from Designer Sofas 4u, Blackburn. I found the whole experience a pleasure. All the staff from Customer Help Desk, Delivery Team & the After Sales were fantastic. They were very helpful and even though I initially gave then the wrong delivery address accidentally, Designer Sofas 4u Blackburn still got my furniture delivered on time. Staff were very friendly made our really stressful decision of what furniture to choose extremely easy. Very quick turnaround as I had a function with important clients therefore needed to make an impression. From order to delivery was all completed within 14 working days – at no additional charge. “DONT BUY FROM THEM”

Bought a £1800 marble table from them with 6 chairs. Have received 2 tables and 12 chairs and all damaged. Now they are not doing anything about it. So i have an expensive damaged table and 6 chairs. Do not return my calls. Managment will not talk to you. Accussed of writing on the form that the table was damaged, just so they can get out of replacing it. Really helpful staff, excellent customer services everything from placing the order was easy, choosing the style on the website, receiving the leather swatches, to making the order. Everybody I spoke to was incredibly helpful especially [names removed]. The sofa was delivered within 3 weeks, despite the fact there were heavy snow storms across the UK. “Dodgy, bad practice”

This company are just out to get your money. Beware the free delivery on non-sale items offered on the 'about us' page as you won't ever get this! If you try to contact them they won't engage with you in the hope you'll just go away. Overall,not only does this companies policies (see Help and Info) fly in the face of distance selling regulations and the sale of goods act (and are in fact illegal). We ordered a total of four items and we are extremely pleased with all the items we purchased. Great value for money. The chesterfield furniture looks as good and no one would guess how much of a bargain i got as things way more expensive. Unfortunatey one of the legs had a couple of scuff marks during the delivery process however the response from Designer Sofas4u was first class. I ordered my Chesterfield Suite in Antique Oxblood just over 3 weeks ago. I have to admit I was hesitating about ordering furniture online so we made a trip from Glasgow to Blackburn it was a 3hour journey but it gave me the satisfaction of seeing the furniture before we purchased. we visited the 'showroom' (a dilapidated and overstuffed storage unit) to look at the sofa we were planning to buy. There were several leather and fabric sofas on the forecourt - most of them had loose threads, the pins and buttons were comming out and I saw one with a very clear split in the leather. I bought my wife a new chesterfield suite from Designer sofas as a 10th wedding anniversary gift and the only reason I gambled with it online was to keep it a surprise for her. We ordered a 1920 chesterfield in January this year and when it arrived (late) there were obvious faults with it - particularly the cushions being badly marked, there are lose threads and the leather is bone dry. We have received one replacement cushion which is the wrong size and colour. We are now mid way through April and still no nearer a solution. Absolutely delighted with my purchase of leather suite. The quality is really good, as is the comfort factor. Great product. Excellent showroom. Good range of furniture. Handcrafted in uk - worth taking a trip to see how Chesterfield sofas are made! Happy overall. Came across the website by accident really. I purchased a swarovski White leather corner sofa made to measure for my living room, gave them a call to get an idea of size and colours to choose from, a member of their team emailed me dimensions and plan of the sofa and how it will fit into the space also received a few shades of White leather in the post which I thought was fantastic. After ordering a chesterfield sofa for my son as a birthday gift in March, it has finally arrived today, May 23rd. After several attempts at trying to get them to deliver, one where my son stayed in all morning only to find that because designers didn't send the paperwork through in time the van guys wouldn't deliver even though it was on the van! We got a nice sofa for our sons new flat..it was a nice sofa and good value for money for the sofa we brought..

it was prefect for our son, but we don't think we would buy it for our own house, as we had brought ourself a sofa from Denelli Italia a month before, we payed a little more but the sofa is built to an amazing quality and was good value for money for a high end product.

I recieved delivery of my brand new Chesterfield Suite this morning. I have to admit the delivery guys were very impressive.

It was a 2 man delivery to my flat on 2nd Floor, they delivered to the room of my choice & helped me unwrap my furniture. This was the first time i have purchased such a large and expensive item through the internet ...so ofcourse i was very hesitant.
