The owner sold me a motorcycle on Feb 10, 2010, and I also bought delivery. Held off a couple weeks for delivery. Towards end of month, I asked if it could be delivered, and we agreed on that Thursday. Day before, he cancelled due to snow storm, arranged for that Saturday, and said delivery driver was unreliable. So we agreed on the following Saturday, and he cancelled saying he noticed a gas leak from the carborator. (Why didn't he notice this the first time he was going to have it delivered?) He said he had to order the parts, parts should be there by Wedensday, have bike fixed and shipped by Saturday. Told us on Friday, that parts had not arrived, and cant do it that Saturday because of this. It is now past St. Patty's Day, and he is telling us these parts have not shipped yet, so not this saturday, and probably not the next either, and he can't seem to figure out why I am so obset. I know parts are usually overnighted. My husband works in the repair field. I have filed a complaint with the B.B.B., and getting ready to file a complaint with the Secratary of State Ploice (Who specificly look into matters as these). Buyer Beware!!!
