Sleepezzee matress is excellent, unfortunately it took longer than the 2-5 day deliverery that is advertised, it was out of stock and took 10 days for delivery. Got a text and phone call 30mins before delivery which was good, but my husband has spent these last few days repainting the landing and ceiling walls. It was raining when the mattress arrived and the packaging was very dirty which resulted in dirty walls. Also have yet to receive free mattress protector. Was also promised a price match which can't comment on yet as we haven't received the bill.

Pleased with the Sealy mattress that I ordered, I had really researched which mattress I wanted by trying them out in the shops. Bedcenteruk offered a very good price. After ordering I was informed that the mattress would take several days to be delivered, in fact it took three weeks. When I ordered the mattress I was promised a free mattress cover worth £27.00, it is now five weeks since I ordered and despite sending two emails which have been ignored I still do not have the cover. This company are a disgrace, I had to email them plus ring them to find out when they would deliver my mattress, I am really annoyed that they are hoping that I will go away regarding the missing cover. I bought a good product which was made by Sealy, unfortunately I am dealing with a poor company who are un-organised and should not treat customers this way by telling lies.

Bed is perfect Excellent price All as stated on the website, cannot complain. However communication when I rang to enquire about my order was not great. My surname had been taken incorrectly, they could not find my order - asking me if I was sure I had ordered with them, even after explaining to them that the money had been taken from my account, no order number was given to me, it was all a bit of a shambles and I was also cut off from them in one phone call. Improvements in communication needed.

Very good price and delivered when stated. However, they never sent the text message with the 3 hour delivery slot so I had to phone the day before to check that it was still being delivered and at what time. A minor point but if they say they are going to text a delivery time slot then that it what they should do. The mattress is very comfortable and doesn't have that bounciness that a lot of mattresses have when you get in out so you don't disturb your partner as much. A lot warmer than my previous mattress (Sealy Posturepedic Ultra Latex). I sleep on the very edge and it has excellent edge support.

Ordered a silentnight oberon mattress on 1st of June , next day delivery it said, as I am in Scotland I thought maybe a week at most. It arrived nearly 3 weeks later on 19th June. I was needing it desperately as husband had a bad back. When i called them 2 weeks later a very nice gentleman said they had been very busy and it was on its way, should be with me in a few days.Wrong!! it arrived over a week later. If they are so busy they should say at time of ordering. may I say that the mattress was fantastic as was the price, husband is lots better already. I wouldnt reccomend company to anyone north of the border and I wont be dealing with them again.

First of all I'll say that the bed arrived eventually and seems fine. However, the companies customer service appears to be non-existant! I ordered a Jay-Be Jubilee folding bed before 10am on Monday 28/05/12 which is advertised as being next day delivery. After 2 days and no bed I emailed, but have never received any response. I tried their online live chat system, but got no response despite numerous attempts. I also telephoned, but got no answer. I desperately needed the bed by the weekend, and had started to get the feeling that was unlikely to happen. However, on Thursday afternoon the bed finally arrived. The main issues for me then have been ones of perception and expectation. Firstly I have the perception that any real problems would be an absolute nightmare to deal with because there doesn't seem to be any customer service department. The only email address you can contact is [email protected] which tells you everything really. Secondly the company is using the tactic of advertising free next day delivery on certain items to attract sales when they clearly can't always meet that promise. Had they said to me that delivery is normally 3 days then that would have been fine! All-in-all the price was extremely competetive (particularly given the free delivery) and the delivered product was fine. Don't bank on next day delivery though, and if you have any real problems then you could be in for a frustrating time getting them resolved!

I ordered my matress and thought what a gret deal with free delivery but I was wrong. I received a phonecall the following day to say it would cost me a further £25 for delivery due to my postcode. My postcode covers part of the highlands and island of west coast scotland even though I am just by Glasgow airport. I received my delivery time slot only for the driver, who I can only describe as a man with a van, turned up 5 hours late. I was very happy with the price but not the extra delivery charge for living on the outskirts of Glasgow.

I ordered a double bed and was impressed by the swiftness of the delivery. However the bed was dented and marked over much of the frame. I reported this to Bedcentreuk who said a replacement bed would only be possible on the production of photographs which I sent. These weren't enough so I then produced a video which was accepted. The replacement bed was promised the next day. Only the headboard arrived. I was then promised the whole bed the following day. The courier arrived to collect the faulty bed but with no delivery of a replacement bed. By now this had been going on for three weeks. I requested a refund and was told this would be done the same day with a confirmation e mail. No confirmation e mail arrived and no refund was made.Four days later the refund had still not been made so I had to make further phone calls. At this point I received an e mail to inform me the payment had been made. In total I made over 24 phonecalls, sent numerous e mails, produced photographs and a video and took two mornings off work for deliveries. Whilst I received good customer service on the phone from bedcentreuk and appreciate that they were not the supplier of the bedframe (Birlea were), I was a customer of bedcenteruk and feel that they should have done more to sort out the problem for me.

Bed frame was delivered by a different company to the mattress, guy was unloading from van and leaving it on the kerb, I was taking the boxes inside the house myself and he wasn't helping. Mattress was delivered to the house by two guy's, they wanted to take it up to the bedroom but I told them to leave it in the hallway.

sadly I never read this, but i am in a similar situation, We have been waiting almost three weeks and sleeping on our living room floor!!!! Its terrible to not be told at point of ordering we would have this delay!! Im so sad, its not on at all! They need to refund a substantial sum for the inconvenience, i think £50- £75 as sleeping on you're floor with no idea how long you will continue to do it is horrible!!
