Where to start... Paid the extra £25 for Saturday delivery (they use TNT as their courier) told that it would be anytime between 8am and 6pm. I (or my mom) waited in all day (most inconvenient as i was mid move from one side of London to the other) and then come 6pm still nothing. Their useless customer helpline doesnt run at hours to match their delivery times on a saturday (which is POINTLESS since i know they will just tell you to wait till 6pm) so i had to wait till Monday to follow up... Ordered a bed a month ago, paid an extra £25 for saturday delivery, it only came yesterday and when it did they knowingly delivered it with a piece missing, when I ran out I was told by the deliverly driver that he knew it wasnt all there and he was very vague about when the other part would be delivered, was only given a number to phone but told noone will answer as they are now closed (read more)

Very disappointed with this company. Ordered a bed frame to arrive as special delivery on Saturday. It eventually arrived (after waiting in all day) at 8.30pm. It was all packaged up so signed for it. When we opened the boxes part of it was damaged. We phoned the company and they refused to refund us for the damaged goods as we had accepted delivery! They like to take your money and then don't provide adequate customer service, or let you know when your order is actually due to arrive. Been waiting several weeks now and have resorted to having to deal with the manufacturers directly as at least they respond to emails and endless telephone calls. Has anyone found a complaints proceedure that work for these guys? In short, I ordered a £450 sofa bed which is really expensive for me but I wanted something exactly right. There were some minor hitches with delivery but it eventually came and looked like the right fabric etc from what I could see of it packed up (the delivery guys didnt hang around for me to inspect it and legged it immediately). This company will give you sleepless nights. They promise but don't deliver. You ring them and if you manage to get through they promise again and still don't deliver. You e mail them they don't reply. It seems if the goods are in stock you might get them. If they are not in stock when you order then you don't get them and they just don't care. Go to a reputable company, you may pay a little more but the whole point is you want a good nights sleep. (read more)

Ordered a £500 mattress advertised as in stock and delivery within 2 to 5 days. Price was more reasonable than some others for the same mattress so figured it was worth a shot. Total waste of time. No..the delay wasnt so good. I did have the option of cancelling the day after I ordered but I had been deciding to get a mattress for months and it was far cheaper than anywhere else. Everything else was fine and better than most companies I've had to deal with.I was happy with the communication regarding the sale and delay, delivery. But as I said I had waited ages to get the mattress so few more weeks wasnt a issue considering the price.

Ordered a bed for next day delivery,it didnt arrive. We chased it to find it was damaged on the couriers floor. They sent it out even though they new it was damaged. We were then given a date for them to take away the bed and deliver another, it didnt happen. The amount of excuses was even better than a fairy tale. I bought mattress from them, I didn’t got what I was hoping for (it was soft rather than firm) the delivery guys removed the packaging as soon as they brought it in and left.
